Right on the ocean. Quiet. Perfect!

My husband, son and daughter in law had a wonderful stay at Veronica’s condo. It was clean and comfortable and anything in we needed for our stay was there including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. Veronica was a wonderful host and responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. She was helpful and friendly at all times. The view from the large balcony was spectacular and we spent every morning and evening sitting there and enjoying the ocean breezes. We would definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting San Jose del Cabo.

Veronica’s place was amazing…well decorated, comfortable, peaceful, private, amazing ocean views with the most awesome waves crashing on the beach. Having several restaurants walkable from the beach was a fav of ours…such a bonus. Would highly recommend!!!

IF you love having a great apartment, large terrace, stunning morning and sunset views, access to surfing then THIS is the place. Super safe, convenient for heading in and out, near grocery and San José town. This was ideal!!

Where do I start? Everything was as advertised. There were even a few extras. We had everything needed to go to the beach; chairs, umbrella and towels. There was wifi, television with apps and a beautiful and large patio. The air conditioner worked great and there was ample space to cook and eat. This place has it all. And Veronica was very responsive and even had local recommendations for grocery and clothes shopping. I highly recommend if staying in Cabo!

Veronica's place is very comfortable, spacious, and nicely appointed. Great beds and a well-stocked kitchen. It's a fantastic place. The view is absolutely stunning with expansive views of the Sea of Cortez. Great pools and right on the beach. Veronica is also extremely responsive to any questions. There are a couple of restaurants a short walk along the beach (love Pescadito Break), but most sights and activities are a fairly short Uber ride away. Highly recommend the swimming beach at Palmilla and the restaurants and market at the top of the hill (5-minute Uber and a pleasant walk between the two) and downtown San Jose del Cabo (15-20 minutes). Usually, I'd opt for a more walkable location, but the view can't be beat, and we'd make the same choice again.

Great condo with perfect location on Costa Azul Beach. Large balcony for watching sunrises and surfers. Nice pools and hot tub on the grounds. Would've been nice to have a 5 gallon fresh water dispenser, as we had to buy 5 gallon bottles and pour them ourselves since the condo doesn't have drinking water. The host Veronica was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.
