The place is wonderful. Unfortunately, the owner or manager of the house was very unfriendly. He charged us an additional $80 for two children under 12 years old. At check-out time, around 11:00 AM, a harasser. Very bad experience with this person. I really do NOT recommend it.

The listing is clear allowing a maximum of 7 people (including children). Andres requested 2 more people to bring in and as the reservation was already made we did not want to refuse his reservation so we allowed him to bring 2 more people for an extra charge which he agreed. He also agreed in providing that money before entering the house, well, he checked in with 9 people and was asked about the agreed upon charge which he did not respond only after checking out in which he insisted to pay less than what we agreed upon. He also didnt follow rules to check out at 11am I had to text him to remember check out time since cleaning was necessary for next visit to be hosted. It seems this situation made him upset because he wanted to get away with extra people and extra time and we had to ask him politely to take care of those 2 things.

There is no flexibility for check-in or check-out times. More cooking utensils are needed. The air conditioners barely cooled the place. There is not much light in the patio. They need to improve.

I was an amazing stayed at Don Juan House. I really like the American Stylish home design, and also the variety of beaches at Gran Pacifica Resort.

An excellent place. Everything was as described and Juan's communication was amazing, it was very easy to get to and everything was as per his instructions.

The place is very nice, very comfortable and as indicated in the ad. The only thing I would improve is the operation of the A/C and one of the bathrooms where the tank chain was damaged and had to be done manually.

We loved the stay at the house, a super quiet space, full of nature, we loved the view of the golf course and the sea in the background. The pool is lovely and large, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The photos correspond to the house.

I really enjoyed staying at this place and would definitely come back on more than one occasion. Don Juan is a kind person who helped us with everything and gave us very good recommendations. The house is a very nice and very quiet place, in addition to being in a private area in which the beach is beautiful and located near the house, everything was very clean and it was a cozy space.
