The place is beautiful. Very convenient location. Erika picked us up at the airport and was very attentive to making sure everything was fine. The best host.

A stunning view from the carefully appointed studio. Comfy bed, Clean bath with good water pressure. I used the kitchen and had everything I needed. The quality pots were a plus. The grounds were immaculate the pool was beautiful but a bit warm. Overall, a great stay! I would highly recommend.🥰

We had such as amazing time at Erika’s place during our vacation. The place is exactly as described and it’s even much better looking in person. It has great breath taking views of the Caribbean ocean from the unit itself and it’s only 3min walk to the beach. Its proximity to great restaurants and shopping centres like Walmart supercentre makes everything so convenient and feels right at home. Will definitely be coming back and could highly recommend Erika’s place to anybody.

Definitely the best place to stay! Everything is nicer than in the photos, and Erika's service is 10 out of 10. Super helpful at all times. She is a person who conveys a lot of peace and tranquility. Our stay was the best. We felt right at home. If you want something quiet and beautiful, I recommend it 100%! We would definitely go back with Erika ❤️

Erika was an amazing host. We had the pleasure of meeting her in person. She is extremely responsive, helpful, kind, and accommodating. The home was beautiful and absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The view is gorgeous. The pool was quiet, clean, and wonderful. Mostly residential area. Very quiet. We always felt safe. It is less than 10 min walking distance to Isla Mujeres ferry- which definitely a must do. It’s about $35pp. Hotel zone area with CocoBongo and shops and clubs is about a 20-25 min Uber ride. The only minor downside is the beach area at the property is rocky and not therefore not great for swimming but it is quiet and beautiful scenery. We would definitely return again.

Erika’s condo is wonderful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We loved feeling the ocean breeze lull us to sleep at night. The pool is fabulous. Enormous, clean and very welcoming. The beach has gorgeous white fine sand and once you pass the coral entrance the ocean is warm and clean. We had a wonderful stay. It’s a nice quiet part of Cancun which we appreciated. The apartment has everything you need to cook meals and enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. Bring a mask and snorkel if you enjoy seeing fish. In the mornings when the sea is calm there are several variations of fish to be seen close to the shore. Thank you Erika !

Simply spectacular, a place that is nicer than what you see in the photos. Ericka is a 100 – an attentive, kind, and reliable person! It's definitely a place we would come back to if we returned to Cancún. You have convenient amenities nearby: restaurants, the ferry to Isla Mujeres, Uber Eats with no issues, and public transportation right in front. In short, everything you need is within easy reach. Definitely a 5-diamond recommendation!!

Erika's place was fantastic! loved the location and the bed was so comfortable! Close to everything you need and a cheap Uber ride if you want some great shopping and a lot of nice restaurants or clubs. Was great to have the option of some peace and quiet by the pool instead of being in the Hotel district party all the time. The pool and beach area is brilliant, would definitely book here again!

The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described…if not better. Peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. 12 miles from the airport! Whether we were relaxing on the balcony, enjoying the beach, or heading out for meals and activities, it was effortless and enjoyable. This was one of those vacations where everything just worked, allowing us to fully rest and enjoy our time together. We are so grateful for the hospitality and care that clearly went into this property. Erika was fabulous to work with! Erika was amazing from start to end, literally! We needed a ride from the Airport to the Airbnb, she offered to pick us up and even took us to a restaurant to try delicious tacos since we were hungry after the long flight. Once we reached the Condo, the instructions were clear, the condo was clean and the view, the view was INCREDIBLE! It's better in person than it is in the photos. She messaged us restaurant recommendations and activities to do during our week long stay. One moment that showed how much she cared about our experience was when we couldn't order an Uber from the Mall to the condo because our service reception was slow, so she gave us a ride home with no hesitation and didn't want to take payment for it.
