Tatiana's house is spacious, comfortable and has beautiful mountain views. it is a very serene place where you can unwind and relax. it is a short drive to town. I would definitely return. we were 6 of us and lived the big kitchen where we were able to prepare meals together.

Tatiana’s Airbnb was beautiful! The scenery is amazing. The pictures almost don’t do it enough justice. She was also extremely helpful and attentive and kind. Made our experience even more pleasant. Thank you a thousand!!

Our stay at Tatiana’s Airbnb in the Costa Rican forest was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the lush surroundings and the serene atmosphere. The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled deep in the forest where you feel completely immersed in nature. Tatiana was a fantastic host, providing detailed directions and local tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved waking up to the sounds of the jungle and sipping coffee on the deck while watching the wildlife. One of the highlights was exploring the nearby trails and waterfalls. Tatiana’s recommendations for local activities and dining options were spot-on. She truly went above and beyond. Pura Vida!!!

Amazing, serene location. Very peaceful! It somehow managed to also be super clean despite it being located amongst so much nature. Absolutely fell in love with the house and with Ciudad Colon and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting CR for the first time. We wanted to give our kids an authentic Costa Rican experience and this did not disappoint!

Very lovely setting. Beautiful trees right outside. River was flowing pretty hard but my 11 and 8 year old were able to have fun and swim in certain parts. They really enjoyed the hikes and seeing the toucans everyday and the iguana who rested in the tree everyday. Tatiana was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place and surroundings , loved our stay so much

Finca Saramandaia is a special and wonderfall place. I`ve stayed here a good dozen of times over the last decade and I am allways happy to come back. Ciudad Colon ist just the nicest little town in the Central Valley. The house is spacious, spot clean, well equipped and located in the most beautiful surroundings.

Tatiana's place was magical. From the moment you step inside and look out back, you are transported to a serene paradise with birds chirping endlessly. There are 3 miles of trails on the property. We hiked them one day all the way to the bottom of the property where there is a running river and watering hole you can take a dip in. To get picked up by Ubers, you will need to be prepared to walk 5 minutes uphill from the house to the property entrance. If you are older or not in shape, it can be a strenuous walk, but we enjoyed it. The only downside is we did not see any moneys while we were there. A couple nights we walked to town for dinner and it felt safe. Tatiana was very responsive and provided great dinner recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed 3 nights. The place is perfect for resting after the flight with our toddlers (10-month-old baby and 3-year-olds) Several activities to do: river and waterfall for swimming, hiking, the village is very nice, good restaurants, square for children... The Amphitheater complex is a perfect spot for dinner, a cocktail and watching the sunset! The monkeys who came to visit us in the morning, unforgettable! Very convenient laundry dryer and washing machine! The house is really immersed in the jungle with this unforgettable view... Tatiana is amazing, helpful, reachable and very friendly! We loved her home!

We really enjoyed this property. It is very secure and close by to everything you need. It is just a short commute to the airport and San Jose. The river was nice, but it is a tough walk back up. The Cappuchin Monkeys visited us early in the morning. That was a nice treat! Everything was splendid!

For my in laws first time to come to Costa Rica. It was the perfect place. Beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful. Tatiana was always checking in making sure we had everything needed and always available for questions. I’ve never had a host this amazing and wonderful. I wish I could always airbnb from here.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! It had all the beautiful jungle tree house feels with open, airy windows, a beautiful veranda and hammock to sit out on. It is a big home and space with two floors and multiple outdoor sitting areas. It was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, comfortable beds, lots of blankets/linens and well stocked kitchen. Tatiana was an extremely helpful host through out our stay and in the days leading to. One thing to note is that this is a mountain side Airbnb like shown in the view of the pictures. It is definitely worth the adventure and is a wonderful, clean, large home but highly recommended a car rental to get in and out of town. Or plan on taking a 3-5 minute walk up hill to get from the gate to the house (then taxi, Uber eats, walk to town etc.)

Great place, very peaceful where you can really enjoy the nature..where you can feel what Costa Rica really is. Tatiana is a great host always there looking forward to help you. We enjoyed very much the place and we would go back anytime. Highly recommended.
