Everything was great. The house was super nice and everyone was very attentive and friendly. It was just like the photos.
It's definitely an amazing place, with a wonderful view and great service. 10/10. I would come back without thinking twice.
Lau, the cleaning lady, was great. Gaby, the cook, was spectacular. The view from the bedrooms and pools is stunning. The pool temperature is perfect in August without the need for a heater. The showers also have a heater (important things when traveling with children). Towels are provided for the pool Many things lack maintenance (the refrigerator didn't cool, the air conditioners leaked water (the technician came during our stay), the pool didn't have many tiles, the grass was tall, the lounge chairs were rusty (one even broke a leg), and the umbrella was broken. There are not enough towels for all the guests (7 towels for 10 people). Many of the house's outlets were not working. And something important: they had products such as muriatic acid within reach of the children (without a lock or at heights that they could not access), which I think is serious but correctable. I would go back, but only if these suggestions for improvement were taken into account. P.S. Seriously, hire Gaby the cook. She's a must.

Absolutely incredible stay in Acapulco! Our stay here was unforgettable from start to finish. The property is extremely spacious, easily accommodating our group with plenty of room to relax both indoors and outdoors. The highlights were definitely the private pool and the breathtaking, panoramic views of Acapulco Bay—stunning during the day and equally impressive illuminated at night! Having breakfast on the patio overlooking the water was an incredible experience. The hosts were super responsive, helpful, and provided outstanding service throughout our entire stay. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and well-maintained. We would love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Acapulco!

We had an amazing time at the house! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Isabela was very attentive throughout our stay and helped us a lot with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our visit to Acapulco and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is in a very quiet area, has a beautiful view, is a very spacious place, and has all the amenities listed in the description. Safety is fundamental.
It's a very nice house and the people respond to problems. In my case, I had bad luck and there were several (water pump, air conditioning maintenance, poor communication at the beginning since the cook didn't arrive due to a misunderstanding on the first day, they even did pool maintenance at 11 am...)
The apartment has an exclusive view. The spaces are spacious and comfortable, offering enough privacy for a group of friends or a large family. The place is worth knowing
The view of Acapulco from here is spectacular. It's like living inside a beautiful painting, with large, tastefully decorated spaces.
