The photos do not do this place justice…. While the photos are beautiful, the place in person, is spectacular. Right on the beach, wild life everywhere, monkeys around the pool; my kids were in heaven! We didn’t realize at the time how great it was going to be to have a housekeeping service who also did daily laundry. A huge help! The service, the hospitality of the host, the location and the house were all fantastic. We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic! Can’t say enough good things about the Beach House- if you’re lucky enough to book this home, do it! Incredibly private, peaceful and the location is second-to-none. This was a great option for myself, my mother, my wife, and our 7 month old baby. There’s tons of wildlife right in the backyard (monkeys, sloth, macaws, lizards etc), and the beach access was so convenient. It was the ideal location for our family. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and Susan made booking our excursions a breeze. We had a very memorable 5 days in Costa Rica, and this AirBnB felt like home for our visit. 10/10 recommend, you won’t be disappointed! We hope to return one day!

This place was truly paradise! I was left speechless to the point that we have already rebooked for next year. One of only a couple of houses actually on the beach. Able to walk out to a beautiful sandy beach and see so much wildlife every day. Monkeys, Sloth, Toucans, Macaws, Ant Eater, Agoutis, Lizards and more. Daily maid service is included. Location was perfect. Was truly a full service, resort style trip but in a private home with an amazing pool and spa. The beach has horseback riding, surfing, para sailing and more.

We had an exceptional experience with Heather Ann and Susan. Such a lovely beach house. It is spotless, comfortable, and well appointed. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and kind to our family. The property is extremely well maintained and the backyard is just as exciting as Manuel Antonio Natl Park itself. We had the best time as a family spotting agouti, sloths, toucan, macaw, iguanas, and monkeys directly on the property. The house is very private, the property is large, the beach scene is lively and the restaurant at the nearby hotel was convenient and delicious! We were sad to leave this stunning location and hope to return again next year. Absolutely fantastic! Pura vida spirit is strong here!!

This was the perfect home for our family of six. It is one of a few private properties that has it all: direct beach access, private pool and hot tub, close to Quepos, super close to Manuel Antonio, etc. But the game changer is the concierge, Susan, along with the housekeeper, Eni, and the groundskeeper, Paco. Eni and Paco came every morning but Sunday, sprucing up the place without being in the way. Susan's knowledge of the area, coupled with her incredible responsiveness was the icing on the cake. We would absolutely stay here again, as it was one of the finest family vacations we've ever taken. A beautiful area filled with incredibly friendly people.

Loved this place! The backyard is amazing, we had so much fun hanging outside at the pool and jacuzzi and enjoying seeing wildlife. It was so great to have access to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Costa Rica.

The beach house was everything we could have hoped for and more! Access to the beach was so easy through the gate, yet we felt completely safe and secure with the security men who patrolled each night. Our housekeeper was amazing, doing laundry as needed, and tidying up each day. Our concierge, Susan, was incredible, setting up our excursions and private chef, who made a delicious meal for us on our last night. We felt so spoiled And taken care of throughout the entire stay. I cannot recommend Beach House enough.

We loved our time at this amazing place! Loved the pool area, windows throughout the house. It was also nice we had daily laundry & house cleaning. Ideal location! Being right on the beach was so perfect. The house was tucked away so it still felt private. The beach is the perfect beach for walking & playing in the waves. And fun to watch all the action of surfers. There were also a few walkable restaurants from the beach. Highly recommended!

Wow, just wow! After a long travel day arriving at this beautiful home and absolute perfect location our travel woes quickly melted away. The home was lovely, sparkling clean, and fully stocked with everything and more than we needed. The location was the absolute best spot you could be in when traveling to Central Costa Rica. No need to pack up for a day at the beach because in this home you are just steps away from the most beautiful beach in the area. The animals: everyday we were greeted by more monkeys and wildlife than we saw during our visit to the nationa park! The host was super helpful and responsive from day one after booking and continued to the end of our stay. She answered questions, made recommendations, set up excursions, and greeted us personally at the house upon our arrival. The chef service she set up was exceptional. Chef Michael prepared us a wonderful breakfast and dinner in the comfort of the house. The entire house staff were wonderful

This was the perfect house for a special family vacation. The ability to walk to the beach with kids made it so seamless to enjoy the pool and the beach. All of the household staff was so kind, and over the top helpful. Don’t forget to book a private chef! It makes the vacation even better, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The kids were so excited to see the monkey and lizards all around. We would definitely come back next time we come to Costa Rica!

Our best trip to Costa Rica yet!! This was our third visit to Manuel Antonio area, but our first time staying in a home rather than a hotel and LOVED it. Everything was absolutely perfect, truly! From the location, to the views and the private gardens, the pool and spa, the beautiful home and all of the staff, it made our experience like no other. Susan, the property concierge, was so wonderful — we would not have had such an easy and amazing trip without her! She was very responsive with all of our questions and needs, as well as arranging all of the activities that we wanted to do. She made a whole itinerary for us that was super easy to follow. The location is unmatched… to be able to walk out of your own private gate right onto the beach, surrounded by wildlife, culture and stunning sunsets is simply unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back, and will definitely be booking this house again!

We stayed 9 days. When we arrive the beach was mostly empty. 2 days later was the start of the most crowded week of the year (last week of Dec) and even though the beach was very full a few days that week, the fact that we had our private house steps away from the surf made the crowds a non-issue. I loved that the restaurant right next door had a wonderful Spanish guitar player several nights that we could hear from our deck, and their whole fried snapper and coconut shrimp were outstanding (despite poor reviews on google.) We made one mistake in that we didn't book tickets to enter Manuel Antonio Park ahead of time and so couldn't get in. (Don't be us!) I agree with the other reviews about the wonderful staff, beautiful house, daily monkey visits that were super entertaining, and the warm ocean. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in Manuel Antonio - truly, the best rental in the area! Beautiful house directly on the beach via a short pathway thru the gorgeous yard. Loved the house, pool area, monkeys, iguanas, and location with hotel & beach bar right next door. Walkable to National Park and a few restaurants, all via the beach because the roads are steep and a bit treacherous. Concierge Susan is fabulous and connected us to the local reputable cab company. Easy to message - super responsive and reasonable. Easy to take to dinner, shopping, etc. We did not rent a car, and had no problems getting around. House staff is wonderful - Eni the housekeeper is a doll, Paco the gardener is so friendly, concierge Susan is a delight and so responsive, and security does a great job because we felt very safe. Lastly, we used chef Desiree for a dinner and a breakfast - amazing! She’s so lovely and her food is delicious! We loved this house!!! Can’t recommend highly enough.

This Airbnb experience ranks among the highest that we have experienced all over the world. Susan, the concierge was most helpful and accessible. The house staff (Paco and Eni) made the stay extra special. The location is perfect and the home is absolutely beautiful. there were monkeys and sloths in the trees immediately outside of our home. The beach access was incredible. The hot tub was turned on and ready every evening. We will be coming back and highly recommend this stay!!

Wonderful location directly on the beach with many restaurants and stores in walking distance. The pool was great, with enough privacy to never be concerned. The house staff was wonderful and never intrusive. Highly recommend!!
