THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING! My family of 4 (2 kids ,2 adults) traveled to Panama from the US. I had to pursue the host to get check in instructions. The unit was obviously not prepared for guests. It was closed up with multiple smoke detectors chirping due to low batteries. There was no wifi instructions or community rules for gusts etc. ( it was clean) A toilet in one of the bedrooms wasn't working as well. I contacted Alexis and maintenance arrived a short time later. The maintenance staff informed us that we had to sleep all night with beeping smoke detectors because they didn't have any batteries and wouldn't have any until the next day. I had to go to the super 99, pay for new batteries out of my own pocket to get them fixed! There was a lot of construction going on close to the unit, so it was very loud construction by day and LOUD music at night..(CONCERT LOUD) until 3am. Mostly from the unit above. We left after 4 days with no check out instructions even tho we asked.

Amazing place and beautiful view of the marina. Apartment was clean and looked just like in the pictures. We had some trouble communicating with the host but after 40 minute wait for the codes we could enter the apartment.
