The villa was absolutely amazing. The layout is perfect for multiple families or couples traveling together, offering both shared spaces and privacy when you want it. The outdoor areas are truly exceptional—the pool, patio, and landscaping are stunning. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the 85–90° pool, doing yoga on the patio, and taking in the beautiful variety of flora and fauna around the property. The interior of the main house is very nice as well. The only small suggestion would be to add a coffee table in the living room to make the space a bit more functional for relaxing indoors. That said, it’s hard to want to spend much time inside when the outdoor space is this incredible.

Excellent stay. Property exceeded expectations all around. Spacious for 11 family members ranging from 11 - 87 yrs old. Mike was proactive and easy to get in touch with. Eg. Mike made sure beds were configured appropriately ahead of time to accommodate the different family setups. He recommended an excellent chef, Dany, who became a memorable part of the trip. We stayed in Cerritos on a prior visit but liked this El Pescadero location better for proximity to Agricole, Todos Santos, etc. We will definitely return for future trips. Thank you!

I organized a family trip for our baby’s first spring break; 9 of us adults. The house was perfect for an easy going vacation. Amenities were as expected and hosts are exceptional— they clearly enjoy hosting and put a lot of care into their property. It’s well thought out and they provide all the nice essentials to be comfortable for a large group: good towels, sheets, beds, lounge chairs, group dining areas and an incredible salt water pool. Pescadero is a neat area with lots of unnamed dirt roads. Directions were clear and needed! Highly recommend. Our whole family had a wonderful time, explored a new part of the broader Todos Santos area and thoroughly relaxed.

Casa Gamelas is an amazing place! Our group of 8 adults and 3 children felt right at home, tons of space and privacy for everyone. The pool was an awesome hang out spot for everyone.... we were very happy that the water in the pool stayed around that 85 degree mark, warmest pool in the area! We would defiantly bring our group back to stay at Casa Gamelas!

Casa Gemelas was a little oasis for our group of 9. We made use of all the space and amenities, which felt plenty large for our group. While we still spent time on the local beach (sunsets!), we spent most of our time at Cerritos Beach (a quick 5-min drive) since the local beach was a bit too far to walk and also carry a day’s worth of gear. Close to many restaurants, yet still felt private and secure. The wifi was a bit patchy in some areas of the house for those that were working remotely/on video calls, but otherwise worked fine! Mike was also very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely visit again!

What an incredible villa in paradise. Casa Gemelas was even better in person than in pictures. The main house and casitas were perfect for three families visiting. The pool was huge and it the pool furniture was so comfortable. The kids enjoyed the ping pong, the hammock and the friendly dog visitors. Everything was clean and amenities as described. The roads are rough in the neighborhood so a truck or SUV/jeep is recommended. Lots of great restaurants in the vicinity and Mike was super responsive with any questions. Will return for sure!!!

My husband and I stayed at Casa Gemelas with two of our children + friends (ages 17-23). The space is well layed out with two bedrooms in the main house and separate casitas --- everyone had privacy yet we felt connected by the wonderful outdoor spaces. The pool was a focal point and we non-stop enjoyed it. The furniture surrounding the pool was comfortable and generous in quantity with chaise lounges to go around for all! We spent everyday at Cerritos Beach (a 7 min drive) and appreciated the boogie / surf boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers that were provided. Mike was responsive and generous with knowledge of the area. You cannot miss sunset food/drink/music on the beach at Amaya or a celebratory dinner at Hierbabuena or fish tacos at Barracuda Cantina. But our favorite meal of all was the night we hired Jorge and Oscar at Baja Tropical catering to cook a taco party at the house! Highly recommend this place and will absolutely choose it again when in Baja. It's a gem!

This is fantastic home in an off the beaten path area of Pescadero. It has a true Mexican feel and the home was perfect for our three families. Plenty of beds and privacy with the added benefit of a pool! It’s close to Cerritos Beach and close to all the fun places there are to explore in and around Todo Santos. Mike was a super responsive host and gave us fantastic recommendations for drivers, car rental and a personal chef! ( who we highly recommend !) We did everything from a day cruise out of La Paz, fun beach hanging in Cabo, Golf, restaurants and exploring the area. Can’t wait to come back!

Our group of seven had a wonderful time at Casa Gemelas. The property is located down a somewhat rough dirt road (a car with high clearance is recommended) and we greatly appreciated the privacy, peace and quiet that it offered. The indoor spaces are well appointed and clean and the outdoor spaces are perfect for lazing around during the day. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away. While it is not swimmable the pool is heated to a comfortable temperature - a must in the area! There are fantastic restaurants nearby and it was easy to acquire, groceries, beer, wine, etc. If you're so inclined Todos Santos is a short drive from Casa Gemelas with a plethora of great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely consider a return visit!

Mike's place was beautiful and the perfect place for our group of 10. Everyone had their own king bed and bathroom and it was very private. Mike provided all the things we needed for the trip (beach towels, cooking supplies, etc). The pool setup is resort like and the property and trees are sooo cool! Highly recommend this place. One piece of advise- get an SUV car rental; ours came in handy on the back roads of Pescadero and Todos Santos.

Casa Gemelas is a dreamy place. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. Mike helped us get set up for a private chef dinner and home cooked breakfast each day. The pool is amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Gemelas, and it is as many described - a tropical oasis. The Main House, both Casita's and the Palapa were very clean, and provided comfortable accommodations for our party of 8. Each unit was equipped with A/C, its own bathroom, kitchenette (w/ coffee maker), and water dispensers. They also had TV's in each, but we didn't use them. The WiFi worked well throughout the property. The salt water pool, daybed, umbrellas and lounge chairs made us feel like we were at our own private resort. The landscaping was amazing and certainly added to the esthetic of the property. It's quick 10 min drive to surf at Cerritos Beach and there are so many fantastic restaurants in El Pescadero and Todos Santos to check out. Last but not least Mike was a stellar host, very on top of communication and offered great advice leading up to and during our stay. I highly recommend hiring Chef Dany to cater a meal at the house. Casa Gemelas gets 5 stars from our group and we hope to make a return trip some day!

Casa Germelas is in the perfect location where you are close to pristine beaches, safe but yet feel tucked away in your own tropical oasis. The grounds have beautiful lush gardens, a wonderful salt water swimming pool that we used multiples times a day, hammock, pingpong, large outdoor dining table the outside area is truly like your own private resort. Todos Santos isn't far and is such a cool, artist place to eat, shop and enjoy. We also loved all the authentic food in El Pescadero. If your looking for something less touristy this is the place for you! Michael the host is quick to communicate and was very accommodating. We used the main house and both casitas and they were stocked with everything we needed. We took our trip during the summer and all the A/C units worked very efficiently, it was clean and kept us cool. The only thing to note is that if you are planning to stay in the casita the noise from the neighborhood dogs is loud at night (if you are staying in the main house you don't hear them much) and early in the morning, the windows don't have curtains so the rooms are still pretty bright. Would recommend ear plugs/ sound machine and a sleep mask for your trip. Casa Germelas exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend booking your stay here.
