The place is really perfect. The views are fantastic. Our 3 teenage girls were delighted. It went very well.

This place was perfect for us. Our host even let us check in early. We got lucky the place wasn't rented the day before so they had it cleaned then. The view and amenities were perfect. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity. I do recommend renting a vehicle because it is a 12-minute drive to town. Our host, Jasianna, was easy to contact and she answered all our questions. This place is awesome; it felt like our own private resort.

We loved the place, it's beautiful. Excellent for enjoying the ocean and relaxing. We enjoyed it very much.

What a wonderful place to stay! This home effectively has two master bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs) plus 2 more rooms each with their own bathroom. An amazing patio upstairs and doors opening right onto the water. You can have diving/snorkeling excursions pick you up at the adjacent dock and then jump in the pool after a day in the ocean. Pay attention to your hosts recommendations for restaurants and in house chef service. You will be pleased. This place made for a great family vacation.

Beautiful place! The staff made this trip they were amazing. We plan on coming back again. However the pictures should be updated. But it was a great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place is beautiful, the location is incredible and the host was very responsive. We had three separate family groups and there was room and privacy for everyone. We were sad to go.

We had an amazing stay with the Queen of Cozumel. The views were beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the house was absolutely wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. It was more than enough room for our family of five. The private pier was a huge highlight. Having our excursions pick us up and drop us off right there was incredibly convenient and made the trip feel effortless. The host was always available and responsive, and helped with anything we needed throughout our stay. Most importantly, my entire family said this was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return.

It’s a beautiful home, cozy and great gated community. Pedro was so helpful always responsive and friendly. We definitely recommend this place. The sunsets 🌅 delightful. The sea calm to swim hours and hours.

We were a family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) and had an absolutely amazing stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more—even seasonings, basic medications, dishes, mugs, and cookware. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the clear-water beach and the pool. The home also had everything we could want for water activities, including floaties, life jackets in different sizes, water shoes, snorkeling gear, and toys for the kids. The area itself was extremely safe and peaceful. We even had the chance to interact with some of the neighbors and enjoyed a few games of volleyball together, which made the experience even more special. We truly did not want to leave—our kids were sad to go and begged to stay longer! Everything about the home was breathtaking and worth every penny. We will most definitely be back if the home is available next year! THANK YOU SO MUCH for a much needed experience with my family and I !!!

The house is very clean, tidy, spacious. The place is amazing. I hope to be back soon
