Overall, this property was incredible! Spacious, clean, and very secure. I stayed here with a group of 9 guys for my bachelor party, and we had an incredible time. The property was cleaned on a daily basis, and Fernando was great about giving us recommendations for the best beaches to visit and places to eat. It was very convenient to be able to request the house be stocked with groceries prior to our arrival. Fernando did a great job buying everything we had requested and having it ready for us. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with a large group and looking to stay close to downtown PDC! The only MINOR improvement that I think could be made is communication leading up to the trip. While Fernando responded to my requests about a week prior to our arrival, I’m someone who likes to plan far in advance and would have liked to get all special requests addressed when I booked. Overall, this place is a 9.5/10! Highly recommend and would return!! 😊

Loved this stay! The home is located in a charming private community with convenient shops and even a Starbucks nearby. Fernando warmly greeted us, walked us through everything in the house, and was incredibly helpful with taxi contacts and golf cart rentals to get to the public beach (about a 5–7 minute drive). The house was very well stocked and perfect for hosting a large group. Maricarmen’s daily housekeeping was fantastic, and the recommended private chef for brunch and dinner was a highlight. The home truly exceeded our expectations — highly recommend!

This house was stunning! Fernando and team were wonderful hosts and gave great recommendations for our chef, TastyNomads, for the week. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all needed supplies, home was cozy and neighborhood incredibly safe. They even allowed us flexibility upon departure when we experienced travel delays which was incredibly helpful. The only thing I’d call out is communication leading up to arrival was a little challenging via Airbnb but this did not take away from a wonderful experience. Thank you to Fernando and team for making this stay wonderful! I’ll definitely be back!

This place was INCREDIBLE and I highly recommend to anyone. The place is even more beautiful than in photos, we were in awe. Fernando gave us extremely great local recommendations for food and things to do. This was an amazing villa and it made our stay so enjoyable!

The house is as described, very well maintained and the employees Jorge and Maria make effort to accommodate all your needs. Jose is amazing he knows the town and has always several options for you to choose. Jorge is available as soon as you call him. He knows people in town to save money in tours and tequila. There are no words to describe how grateful we are with his service. Maria is exceptional and keeping the place spotless and ready to provide you with assistance with anything that is needed. However, as far as security while we felt safe with the checkpoints there had reached moments where it was more than excessive. You have wristbands given to everyone in your party when arriving but if you plan on reentering if not everyone in your group has the bands you will be stuck at the gate for even an hour on end. Security will be rude to your face and overstep boundaries even when trying to approach any situation calmly. They wouldn’t even speak to the host about our stay

Our stay was really great, and we had a housekeeper & gardener who came in daily to deal with the upkeep of the property. The house was even nicer that the pictures and the beds were super comfortable. The house was truly a home away from home. Fernando was an amazing host always responsive & very helpful. My family truly enjoyed our stay & will definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to Playa del Carmen.

Very well maintained and extremely clean. Agree with the other reviews that it’s even nicer than the pictures. The community is very private and secure but that also means transportation can be a little complicated (uber can’t be called so have to use phone to call taxi) Overall highly recommend. Thanks for the great stay.

Gorgeous house for a bachelorette party. Frustrating however to communicate while we were leading up to the trip. However the house is EXACTLY as described!

Diego was amazing very nice and helpful we had issues with bathroom and laundry room he couldn’t address since it fell over the weekend but he tried his best one Sunday the cleaning lady was sick and he couldn’t find us another one or fix the broken dryer. Overall Diego was very accommodating nice and I recommend him very much Thank you so much we truly loved the house and enjoyed near by town everything was very close and near by It was very convenient Also the cleaning lady Marie was very good

Overall, a spacious and clean spot that’s great for groups. We had a group of 7 and each person/couple was able to have their own bed and bath. The home is tucked away in a private residential and secure neighborhood. Note that it will take some time to get in and out of the neighborhood due to security checks and that you have to call a private taxi to get out. We had a cleaner every day to help tidy things up. Diego was always available to answer questions. It also came with airport pickup and drop-off. The one thing where things could’ve been improved is communication ahead of the actual booking. We had a large group coming in from multiple places and needed questions answered quickly, especially when coordinating the airport shuttle, but often times, it would take longer than a day to get a response and there were details that we found out in the moment that could’ve been shared upfront and more clearly. That said, once we arrived, communication got much better.

Nothing but good things to say about Fernando's! A group of 15 went down for my bachelorette. The house exceeded expectations- comfortably accommodating all with multiple areas to hang out and a great open layout + the pool. The pics don't do the house justice. The neighborhood felt extremely safe as it's a gated community and the guards weren't playing around. Fernando helped us with everything- arranging rides to and from the airport, preparing meals for us at the house (breakfast every morning, a bartender to come by, and one nice dinner at the house with a private chef), and organizing a cleaner to come every day. Everything was all reasonably priced. For all the things we requested, we ended up spending the most on groceries (which Fernando brought to the house for us). We had one snafu with a friend that arrived late and Fernando's driver couldn't pick her up, but then Fernando gave us a free shuttle to our boat the next day. Definitely would repeat and highly recommend!
