It's a beautiful house in a private condominium full of trees and plants of all kinds. The photos don't show how beautiful it is. The luxury wood finishes, the architecture... You'll have a lot of peace, easy access to everything. The gentleman who welcomed us was super attentive to us. It really was a beautiful stay.

Our family enjoyed our short stay at Sarah’s house. The pool was the big winner and our 3 year old especially loved having a good size shallow side she could play in by herself. The house was just as described and I appreciated Sarah’s responsiveness. Johny, who looks after her property was also very responsive to my questions. I love Marsella Beach because it’s so chill compared to San Juan next door but it was also nice to be so close to different amenities and restaurants. Overall, we had good stay!

Cleanliness, comfort and safety. What anyone wants when on vacation. With a spectacular spot facing the beach. A special place that met all our expectations, perfect for having fun with the family and getting around to the different places in San Juan del Sur. The host and manager respond to questions in a timely manner. Highly recommended🙌🏻

Beautiful home, very clean and very comfortable. Sarah was extremely easy to communicate with and so attentive. The monkeys in the surrounding trees were an absolute hit with the kids! The only note I might make is that having a vehicle would really be beneficial for getting around the area, accessing restaurants and exploring, especially if travelling with younger kids. We felt a bit limited with no car. Mind you, some of the walks were made much more difficult due to a recent storm as well as travelling during the rainy season. All in all, our stay was a positive one and Sarah was quick to come up with some delicious delivery options for supper when walking to a restaurant wasn’t possible. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Nice stay. House was comfortable. It was conveniently located a short drive from SJDS in a complex right before a roundabout coming from SJDS. The pool is in the front yard, so not totally private, but still nice and fun for the kids. We saw howler monkeys in the complex near the river!

i have to start saying that i love the house and such a beautiful place to be. quiet peaceful place. sarah was a quick responsive person. she made sure we were like home. the pool was clean all the time. felt safe. a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. our family enjoyed it and we were able to see san juan del sur amazing view. we will for sure come back. thank you sarah for your hospitality and always checking up on us. The house is in an excellent, relaxed location. Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped, and we loved the house. We had a peaceful stay. Jhonny was very friendly and always attentive to what we needed.

The house was exactly as described: clean, tidy, and cozy. My family and I were delighted. We enjoyed it very much. The nearby beach is beautiful and the pool was my kids' favorite. We had a great weekend and the service was always friendly and helpful. An experience that we highly recommend!

A relaxed, pleasant place, and my daughter really enjoyed the pool! The host was always attentive to any questions and help we needed. And in a place where, with the new highway, you can get to downtown San Juan del Sur super fast.

Everything was great with the house. The power went out, and they provided us with a generator. The manager's service was prompt.

The home is beautiful, kitchen well equipped and it met all our demands, dirt road is a little rough inside the complex but everything else is as described. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay and close to the beach.

The house is awesome, we had a family trip and my kids enjoyed the place a lot. The beach is beautiful in a less than 5 min ride. The place is quite and surrounded by nature. Sarah and Jonhhy were always very supportive. The roads are a little tough but 100% achievable. We would definitaly stay again there.

My stay at Sarah's Airbnb was wonderful. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location was ideal to get around easily, and the neighborhood was also quiet and pleasant. Sarah was an excellent host: always attentive, responded quickly and made sure that I did not lack anything. Jhonny's attention to our inquiries was very quick and very helpful. I really enjoyed the stay. I had a very positive experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Very faithful to the photos, the house is new and very clean. The appliances were in excellent condition. Super comfortable rooms. In general, the house is very nicely decorated. The pool is very clean. The condominium where it is located is lacking in years to be developed and the street inside is Tierra, the area suffers from some power outages but Jhonny turns on the electric plant that covers the basics of the house

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was impeccable, very cozy and equipped with everything you need to spend a few perfect days. Sarah was super attentive at all times and made sure we felt comfortable from day one. The beach is wonderful, with a relaxing atmosphere and spectacular scenery. The pool was wonderful, everything was really nice. The location is easily accessible, we managed to get in a sedan car. We would definitely go back without thinking, it was a great experience

We were a group of 6 people and everyone agrees that the place is very nice, clean, the pool is adequate, the place has absolutely everything you need and in excellent condition. Excellent value for the money👌. Highly recommended.

The house is clean, modern and fabulous! surrounded by wildlife and greenery. Sarah and Johnny were extremely welcoming and responsive with any questions or concerns that came up. The location was very convenient with the town and some beautiful beaches within short driving distances. Playa Marsella is within walking distance. All the people we met in the are were very friendly and the local bar owners at Rancho Maresella concha even introduced us to their friendly neighbourhood crocodile, 'Paco' who came when called by the bar owner. we had a wonderful time and would fully recommend Sarah's place to anyone. Thank you Sarah for hosting us in your beautiful house.

Sarah’s place was beyond my expectations the place was so clean, matched the description perfectly and we felt right at home. The decor is so pretty and upscale. I want to really highlight Jonny who’s the property manager he was amazing, he answered any questions we had and he went above and beyond all the time. We had a power outage at midnight and 10 min later he was there to turn on the generator. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to visit the nearby beaches and want a great stay this is the right location. ☺️☺️ thank you Sarah and Jonny for making our stay memorable

Great place to stay as a family, only bad thing was the constant electricity outage, but you just let the person in charge and he will start the power plant for you.

The house is quite new, everything is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. You can see that they have paid attention to the details. Access was easy and communication with Sara and Jhonny was excellent at all times. Although it is a bit far from the beach, the surroundings make up for it: it is in the middle of a quiet and beautiful forest, and we could even hear monkeys in the trees. It is an ideal place if you are looking to rest in a safe and comfortable space.

I stayed here with my friends to celebrate my birthday, and we had an amazing time! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the best parts was the private pool—it made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. The beach was only a 5-minute drive away, which was super convenient. We spent 7 days at this location. Great house with full kitchen and lots of room for 4 of us. Walking distance to the beach. Bbq area was a great plus. Conveniently located either drive to the town central core, markets or nearby beaches. But, have to have a car to enjoy the newly built road system, nature and nearby attractions . The host was great: friendly, helpful and easy to reach if needed. Property manager was great and right available if needs to.

We really liked the privacy of the place along with the beach. The pool is very well maintained and the house is excellent with everything we needed during our stay. 10/10

Beautiful, quiet place, well-equipped house, the beach is 5 minutes by car, extremely beautiful and private. I was able to buy fresh seafood. I loved the pool. Very friendly host. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family, easy access entering through San Juan del Sur. Highly recommended. Thank you

The house is absolutely beautiful,comfortable and very private.We love that there is HOT water and the kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake your own meal.Sarah is a great host. She replied to my text almost instantly and recommended some really good spot to eatwith the family Machete is by far our favorite. I also got a massage and facial from Jeselin 8711 8943 they came right up to the house. All in all a great stay. We would come back in a heartbeat ❤️

We had a great stay here, the place is really well put together and in a great location just 10 minute walk to the beach. Loved the sounds of the howler monkeys in the morning! Sarah was great, we had a small issue and she took care of it graciously.

Our time at this house was extraordinary. The house is beautifully kept, and very well stocked in the kitchen. Everything was just perfect! Location is great because it is close to some of our favourite beaches and there is private access to the local beach which is nice if you want shade or somewhere to set up!
