We had such a wonderful time relaxing and having fun at Jaime’s place! It was the ideal spot to bring the family together, and it even doubled as a surprisingly effective space for our business discussions. The golf course was in top shape and we loved the flexible tee times—it made getting out on the greens so easy. If I had one wish, it would be for a practice green or driving range option that doesn't require paying for a full 18 holes; it felt a bit steep just to hit a few balls. Even so, the good far outweighed the bad, and we're already counting down the days until we can return to BuenaVentura

Jaime’s place is perfect for a large group or big family. Everything is clean, great location and he is an incredibly responsive host. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Jaime’s apartment. The location was great- so nice to be able to walk to restaurants and one of the beach clubs. Buenaventura is pretty huge so it was nice not to have to drive! The flat had all we needed for a comfortable stay with 8 of us and we would definitely go back. Jaime’s communication was excellent throughout whenever we had questions.

We stayed in this apartment for 4 weeks and Jaime was an excellent host. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. We happened to be staying in a nearby hotel in the area, and he met us in person two days before check-in and personally showed us the surrounding gated community. Even throughout the first week of our stay, Jaime kept in touch with us to ensure we were okay. Whenever any issues came up or if we had any questions he responded promptly. The location of this apartment was perfect as it is within 5 mins walking distance to the Beach Club, restaurants, and “tienditas”. The apartment itself is spacious and very bright with each bedroom having its own ensuite. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of small appliances and kitchen ware. To make this an even more perfect stay I would suggest a refresh of bed linens, towels and a few kitchen pans. All in all we would recommend this apartment. Muchas gracias Jaime! Great apartment with very nice furniture in a great location and sea view. A short walk to the pool, beach, small park with playground, Mansa restaurant, as well as a shop for everyday needs. By shuttle or 10-minute walk to other possibilities, e.g. several pools of El Faro and restaurants. The resort offers an incredible number of possibilities such as golf, tennis, several playgrounds, etc. It is all very well maintained. Our children had a lot of fun and we felt very comfortable right from the start. Jaime was always available and gave good tips and organized our airport transfer. He's a great host. We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely book with Jaime again.

We had such an awesome time at Jaime's place! The apartment had everything we could ask for—super spacious and cozy. The amenities were fantastic, too! Plus, the beach club is just around the corner, making it the perfect spot to spend the whole day. Can't wait to come back!

Jaime’s place was spotless and comfortable, just as described. Safe place with great pools and areas to enjoy nature. Close to great convenience stores and restaurants, yet very private and soundproof. Jaime was also very responsive and we will definitely highly recommend his place to others.

The apartment is as described, the location is very good and right in front of the Punta Arenas square where you have everything at your convenience. Jaime was always very attentive and responded promptly. We had everything we needed during our vacation. Thanks Jaime!
