Casa de Lago is the perfect place in Ometepe. If you want a very private and beautiful place, with the best sunsets ever you’ll love it. The view to Cocibolca volcano the words can’t describe it. Christine in an excellent host, she communicates very well and always very nice and helpful . She even shared with my mom plants and flowers from her garden. So nice of her! The house is equipped with everything we needed and the best part is that everything is included with the original price. No additional fees for electricity, we had warm water and air conditioner always without interruption. I will definitely love to come back with my family. Thank you Christine for everything! ❤️🌋

The house was beautiful! The location was quiet, but close to many restaurants and activities. Jenny was helpful and responsive at check-in and out. The house is a little hard to see from the road, but directions were excellent. Would be happy to stay here again!

Heavenly location with stunning views of the volcano. We fell in love with the place; our only regret is not staying longer! Christine was very kind, and her manager Jenny was also very welcoming. It was breathtaking! We will definitely be back one day :)

From our first glimpse of the amazing view and beautiful house we had a great stay. When we weren’t admiring the view we had the pool next to the house to ourselves. The house was well equipped but we also walked down into town - the return was uphill but well worth the view! If we are lucky enough to return to the area we would definitely stay here!

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. The sunsets and the yard make the casa a magical place. No pictures can describe how incredible our views were. The host and their manager are very communicative and recommended lots of great restaurants and services. We highly recommend staying there, it was truly the best stay we could have imagined in Ometepe. The only negative part was leaving at the end of our stay, if only we could have stayed longer. No doubts that we will need to come visit Nicaragua again to relive this paradise on the amazing island. Thank you for the experience.

A very nice property. Both the house and the garden were very well maintained. Sitting on the bench in the garden in the evening and admiring the sunset – a little paradise. Highly recommended!

This place was incredible. The property is 10/10 amazing. Huge lot with tons of beautiful plants and paths. The nature in this property is amazing and the volcano view is the highlight. This was our favorite place to stay in all of our travels. We will certainly be booking this place whenever we come back to Ometepe!

Casa Del Lago was by far my group’s favorite place we stayed at in Nicaragua! Based on the reviews and photos I expected it to be great, but when I got there and actually saw the view of the lake with the volcano in the distance and the sun setting my expectations were blown away. Christine the host and Jenny the manager were amazing and knew everything about the area. We got tons of help and recommendations including when one of us had a scooter accident. I can’t recommend this place enough and think if it’s in your consideration for a place in Omotepe then it’s the place to be.

Everything was perfect! Christine and Jenni were incredibly kind and friendly. The house is beautiful & cozy.

Casa del Lago is very good, modern and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very nice. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was as advertised. The garden was beautiful, as were the lake and volcano views. Christine responded very quickly to our messages and helped us with the ferry and taxi. Jennifer was waiting for us when we arrived and she explained how the house works. I would recommend this house, we were very comfortable there.
