Very efficient response from the host, the trolley service included makes the stay easier, since they pick you up at the dock and drop you off when you're leaving. The only thing is that we were leaving on the 6:00 am Ferry and the person who was going to drop us off at 5:39 am didn't arrive. But then, everything was excellent. The room was spotless.

The listing said the room came with a free golf cart rental. They tried to do a little switch once we got there and they said it was a free golf cart service. Like drop off and pick up... I had to stand in the front reception, and argue for a minute the meaning of their own writing on the airbnb listing. They specifically put on there free golf cart rental. It took a bit of convincing, but they realized I wasn't going away without my golf cart so they just gave it to me. He wasn't happy about it, but wasn't rude either. We only stayed for a night so the room served it's purpose. We went out to secret beach with the golfcart and it was pretty cool out there. Watch the wording and make sure you get what you paid for.

We reserved a room once we arrived to SanPedro, but when we showed up, we were told there were no rooms available. The host wanted to help us, since we already paid for the room and took us to another hotel nearby (probably thru a connection) - that hotel was located in a party central and it was dirty with a bed and two nasty closets!!! Pictures online show only beds. This place is extremely overpriced for what it really is! We had to pay 87$ for that disgusting place!!!!!!

There was a lot more wrong with this offering than was right. The staff did a great job at trying to remedy the problems, but they need to hire professional cleaners and update their rooms. The room we booked was not available, so they gave us two rooms for the first night. This was a commendable fix and shows they’re trying. Unfortunately, the rooms are musty and the smell is unbearable. They brought in disinfectant and sprayed, but it didn’t do anything more than briefly cover the smell. The bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned and the windows are missing their screens. The list goes on, but I think you get the gist of it. We appreciated the cart rental being included — even though guests are expected to find a gas station and refill the tank after use — but that wasn’t a good enough perk to overcome the smell. I hope they can fix these shortcomings in the future. If they do, the property will be a strong value even at a higher price point. Best of luck in the future fellas.

This host stated they had rooms available. After I booked a room and went to check in, he stated there were no open rooms. I asked for a refund and he said “oh no I have another room you’ll like.” He then walked me across the street to this run down building that was dilapidated. There was a large man standing there with his shirt up and his stomach hanging out and this host whispered something to him. The man left and then came back with a key. They walked me up some stairs and to a room that they could not unlock. When I said never mind and I just wanted a refund this host then opened another door to a room that had two beds in it. The room smelt terrible, was dirty and there was a sign by the door stating “we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items or bags in the room.” I felt very uneasy and left. When I asked for my refund this host refused and stated I’d have to go through Airbnb to get it. After that this host and three of his friends continued to follow us around the blocks back to our friends and continued to say they had a “better” room that we’d like. We had to continuously say no to them. And it wasn’t until I contacted Airbnb before they finally left. Do not go through this host! They are extremely sketchy and will lie to you! I even had a local from a hotel tell me not to trust them because they’re sketchy!

This is a reasonably priced hotel , close to bars restaurants beach and shopping!

Great location, free golf cart and proximity to water taxi was definitely an up sell, but more of a hostel. Great for backpacking with friends. Don’t honeymoon here.

We was overbooked that’s I request to cancel your reservation but you didn’t respond that’sy we thought you will not get any room that day Cz all Island was full so I paid more what you paid next place Now I see it was better to cancel your reservation that time and find your own !

As soon as we see the bathroom there already is a stain on the shower floor. We had to use our sandals to shower. Next there were stains on the bed sheets and orange stains on the towels. The pillows were very cheap and made out of some sort of fluff that was not comfortable and almost as thin as copy paper. I got up in the middle of the night to see a cockroach running around the bathroom floor causing me and the other people staying there to not go back to sleep as we were uncomfortable with the dirtiness of the room.

Very friendly staff. I wish the bathroom was flushed when I checked in. They told me they changed cleaning company so they didn’t realIe they are not good and they will communicate to them.
