My family and I really enjoyed it. The place is very cozy and spacious.

Very big space that our family truly enjoyed! Pool was lovely. It was great to use the chairs for the beach as well. The host was very helpful with local supermarket recommendations. Great to see the sunsets on the beach. Our family walked to a further beach with our children , away from the rocks up front. Thank you for your hospitality!

This place was awesome. Lots of room, great location, all the things you need. The ocean only a 2 min walk was perfect, the pool was amazing. Highly recommend!

An ideal place to stay for three of us. Really pretty views, very clean and comfortable. Great communication and very helpful. Easy to get around and close to all amenties and restaurants. Really enjoyed the pool, it was clean and welcoming as well.

We had a great stay. Coffee on the balcony every morning. Beach chairs and beach towels provided which you don’t always get. There were a couple minor problems and Jennifer was very quick to respond and get the issue fixed. There was plenty of room and good natural light. Beautiful pool. You do hear the music from the all inclusive next door but not too loud and it didn’t bother us. We would like to stay there again.

We had a great stay at David’s place in Playa Langosta. The place was just as described with great view of the ocean and sunsets from the balcony. Location was excellent - within easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. David responded quickly to questions and was very helpful in recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The accommodation was spacious, a lovely balcony overlooking the sea and a lovely clean pool. The place is safe and a short walk to the beach.

The apartment was very big, bright, and nicely decorated, had everything you need for a comfortable stay, and AC in all rooms. The area is fantastic, access to a private pool, but direct access to the beach which is a beautiful beach. It's a nice quiet area, but not too long of a walk to get to the busy pert of Tamarindo. would stay again.

Great place to stay. Close and walkable to the busier parts of Tamarindo but quieter location. Easy access to a quieter but beautiful part of the beach. Lots of space for everyone inside ? 3 Bathrooms was a bonus for a family of 6 We had a wonderful stay there. Hope to be back !

Loved our stay. The beach is beautiful, the pool is very nice and perfect for relaxing. The location is really convenient with a convenience store right next door for small groceries. The place was clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. In addition, Tamarindo is only about a 20-minute walk, which is super convenient. We would highly recommend it and would come back without hesitation.

We had a great stay at this 3 bed, 3 bath ocean-view condo. The place is super well-equipped and really well appointed—felt more like a home than a rental. The guard gate and the private gate to the beach made everything feel safe and convenient. The property itself is beautiful, with a great pool and well-manicured grounds. We even had monkeys visit on two different days! The location was exactly what we wanted: a quieter area right next to busy Tamarindo, so we could pop over for restaurants and shops but still come back to peace and quiet. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. Overall, highly recommend!

As a multi-generational family of 9 guests who stayed here for 5 nights, there was lots to like about this very nice place: the spacious size of the condo; the art, greenery, pool, ocean view, and access to the beach; the a/c, fans, furniture, laundry, hot water, safebox, and internet; the security, parking, and corner store; and, the fair price. There were a few minor deficiencies (e.g. ripped towels, broken lights, dirty bqq, etc) that could easily be remedied by the property manager or owner. With some ongoing attention to its maintenance, this place could easily be even better than it was. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and the listing definitely delivered on its overall promise. This place was great for us during our stay in Langosta. We liked being in a quiet area but close to Tamarindo. The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms were a good size and everything was clean. The balcony was lovely to sit out on and listen to the waves and the animals We made good use of the pool, which was usually pretty empty. Communication was excellent before and during our stay.

Our stay at this condo was incredible. A group of friends and I went on a surf trip and could not have been happier with this stay. The condo is located in a beautiful area of Tamarindo and has walkable beach access which made the trip for us. The kitchen was clean and well equipped as well as beds to sleep 6 comfortably. The on site security was very friendly and helpful as well as the host and property management staff. The location left nothing to be desired with a market only steps away and the pool / beach in our backyard. I would absolutely stay here again and props to David for creating such a peaceful environment to vacation.

Very comfortable place with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We watched birds and monkeys while having coffee on the deck and saw whales from the beach. We could walk along the beach to Tamarindo during low tide and spent most afternoons at the pool. New —and very comfortable— living room furniture has replaced most of the wicker pieces in the photos. Comfortable beds. All the appliances work and the place is well stocked with dishes and cookware, towels and bedding, candles, and a book exchange. It’s an easy place to feel at home. Not too fussy or pristine—just comfortable, functional, and in an amazing location.
