The view is as great as pictured for this one! It definitely is the best part of the Airbnb. The drive up the hill is no joke like others have mentioned, but is majority paved and isn’t bad with a 4x4. The inside is solid and has what you need. Couch is a little firm but the beds are very comfy. Can’t beat the view!

5 stars — A slice of paradise above Santa Teresa! This house is truly special. Perched high on the hillside with sweeping ocean views and a stunning infinity pool that feels like it spills right into the Pacific — we spent an embarrassing amount of time just floating in it. Judit was an absolutely wonderful host — warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our stay exceptional. We took full advantage of the grocery delivery and on-site massages, both of which were fantastic touches that made the whole experience feel effortless. One practical note: The listing mentions this, but worth emphasizing — you’ll need a 4x4 or ATV to access the property. The ascent is steep, so plan accordingly and book the right vehicle in advance. Once you make it up though? Spectacular view! One of those places you talk about long after the tan fades.

The house is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The pool was perfectly refreshing, and monkeys come almost right up to the terrace—an incredible experience. The kitchen is basic but fully equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. One important downside: the hot water did not function due to a major leak. We had to message each time to temporarily turn it on, which should not happen at this level of accommodation. Housekeeping was excellent—daily cleaning, fresh towels, and even laundry service once. The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Santa Teresa is still relatively unspoiled and truly beautiful. Access requires a buggy or quad due to the steep hill, but Judit arranged everything perfectly—from rentals to unforgettable experiences like horseback riding, Turtle Island, and bioluminescent swimming. A fantastic stay overall, with one key issue to address.

Beautiful home in the hills of Santa Teresa. Judit was extremely responsive and helped in booking ATVs, massages, surf, boat, and car services. Daily cleaning service was a great addition to the amenities. Highly recommend!

Exceptional!!

This Airbnb is absolutely stunning! It met our expectations plus more. The layout, with 3 King ensuite masters were perfect and very comfy beds as well. The pool, deck with hammocks and the infinity pool were hard to leave. The view is SPECTACULAR-We found ourselves not wanting to go explore because our place was so amazing and even my teenagers wanted to just hang and enjoy this beautiful space. There were also monkeys and parrots right off the deck a few times! Such a great spot.
