We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was amazing, very close on uber to Palmilla Beach, which is a beautiful and safe place to swim in the ocean. We truly enjoyed our time there. The host was very attentive and made everything easy for us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you for a great experience!

Beautiful home, amazing location right on a beautiful (but not swimmable) beach that is almost private. Great location near palmilla and shoppes. Could not have been happier with the place - we will be back!

Beautiful location and property. Comfortable, quiet, and kid friendly. We saw turtles and whales.

Amazing view, privacy and beach. Hot tub was lovely. Many great touches. Well stocked kitchen but bring bottled water if you want. The Uber drivers sometimes had a hard time locating the home so it might be easier with a rental car. Really lovely spot to relax.

First time visit to Cabo. A+ beachfront location in an upscale development called Palmillas. Stopped at La Comer on the way in from SJD and loaded up on groceries and beverages We rented a golf cart and used Uber as well instead of car rental which worked well for us. You can rent the tennis or pickleball courts at the golf club, they gave us a good deal on 5 hours Check in was a piece of cake Colburn the host was very responsive for a couple of questions early on but everything was in good order so we didn’t really have any reason to bother him We treated the place like it was our own but literally zero checkout tasks like some of the stories out there 10/10 would definitely stay here again

Lovely home and location

Colburns place was absolutely perfect for a week in Mexico. We played at the beach golfed shopped fished and more. It was just what our family needed for a vacation. We will definitely be back.

Three generations of our family had the most wonderful stay at Colburn’s beach villa in the safe and desirable Palmilla community. The villa was perfect for our group – on the beach, spacious, nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Breathtaking views of the practically private beach, listening to the surf and watching the sunrises never got old. Villa had all the amenities we needed especially for the little one. Surf in front of the villa memorizing, but rough at times for swimming so we went to Pamilla beach just down the road. Spent a lot of time at the community pool which was a short walk away and overlooked the beach. Enjoyed the villa's hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen met all our needs. Catering to Cabo came in for a night and highly recommend them. Liked family friendly dining at Flora Farms and 7 Seas (go early to see the surfers). Thank you, Colburn and Maricela, for all the recommendations and making our sojourn so enjoyable!

you possibly could not find a better, more private beach front house around Los Cabos. This is prime location in La Palmilla, next to the golf course, easy access to San Lucas and San Jose. Lots of privacy, beautiful surroundings, easy to get private chefs, could not get any better. Bonus, if you are a tennis player, go check out Lux @ One & Only, way worth it with former ATP pro coaches. 5 stars, highly recommend

Awesome house, right next to the beach. Extremely peaceful during the summer months in Cabo. Looking for a peaceful getaway with the kids and family? This is the place. 5 stars!

The property, The place, the beach, every thing was great, our family enjoyed it a lot, thank you Colburn for having us at your home. Thank you Maricela for helping us in everything that we needed. All the house was so clean and beautiful. There was a lot of details that made us feel at home ( sunscreen, beach towels, hats for the sun, after sun, a lot of board games, beach chairs and games, water bottles, ice, etc.) thank you
