The house is just as shown in the listing, the house is spacious, comfortable, has very good ventilation, the AC works very well and the house has a lot of privacy. Unfortunately the house was not ready when we arrived but Peter was able to take care of everything, only the Internet could never be improved, the speed was enough to watch TV but not for remote work. If the latter is solved, I would stay in this house again. San Juan del Sur is very nice and several beaches are close to the house.

It's disappointing to me that you gave us such a low rating because the internet was not what you expected. We are in the process of upgrading the internet. As you mentioned in your review, we tried our best to make up for the house not being ready. We waved the cleaning fee for your trouble and sent the cleaner back. This rating doesn't accurately reflect the house.

Comfy beds nice house. Just bring everything with you it’s a bit far but good peaceful place. Also WiFi isn’t the best so don’t plan on working online. It’s more to disconnect and relax!!
