Loved Carol’s place - better than the photos. Amazing for our two families with 4 toddlers. Pool was epic and the playground right in the backyard was awesome. Carol was an awesome host - and the babysitters she helped us hire were wonderful. Wished there was a dishwasher and that there was more that was walkable (most of the shops / cafes that are close are across the highway — really can’t walk there). But those were minor issues. Highly recommend this house!

10 family members stayed and had a great time. Carol was terrific, very responsive and very helpful no matter what time of day or night we had questions. When using Uber you'll have to notify Carol to notify the security gate, which always worked out. The interior could use a little love and a more thorough cleaning, but all in all I would recommend this home to anyone. Thanks Carol!

Villa Paulina was a great place for our vacation with a group of eight. There is lots of room for everyone to have privacy, has everything that you need for a comfortable stay, and the pool area and backyard are awesome to hang out to enjoy the sun. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay near Cabo.

A great place to stay!

Very nice house, we were 9 people and we had a great time, we had no problems with the house and communication with Carol was always very attentive and responded very quickly. I would sincerely wash it again without problem. I highly recommend it.

Villa Paulina was beautiful! It was the perfect size for our party of 12. Carol was very responsive and even stopped by the house to drop off extra blankets. Thanks for the accommodation!

Carol was a very responsive host, and even greeted us with a tour of the property! It fit a group of 12 pretty comfortably. Beautiful neighborhood in a secured community. The clubhouse had an amazing view, complete with a kitchen to spend a day there. It is a bit further from all the action in central Cabo, but Ubers a cheap enough that it’s worth it. I recommend Carols place to any family or group of friends.

Amazing location. The whole family was in awe of the place. Really clean, spacious, comfortable beds. This place is the perfect place for a Los Cabos vacation. Big outdoor space. Carol went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, right at home. She can accommodate any needs. Extra personal touch . Would highly recommend this place. We did not want to leave and would definitely come back

The pictures of this place somehow don’t do it justice…it was more than we ever could’ve imagined! Beautiful, spacious, and so clean! The neighborhood is so safe and we felt so secure the entire trip. Carol is incredible and was so responsive and helpful. She helped us set up a poolside bartender and was always available when needed. I can’t recommend this place enough. We can’t wait to come back!
