The place is great for a group of friends to spend a nice weekend. It is a private and very comfortable location. It is superbly equipped and everything is very clean. José was very clear with his instructions and recommendations. The accommodation is 10/10 and super recommended.

The apartment is just as shown in the photos, everything was clean, the apartment's pool had a good temperature, the TV had IP TV, which I really appreciated, and the kitchen had everything you need for cooking—nice touch. Honestly, it's highly recommended if you want to be in a quiet setting. The only thing I DIDN'T like (I understand it's to protect the property) is that there were security cameras in the apartment's pool area and in the garage, which, in an area like the pool, means you lose all privacy and intimacy. If that detail doesn't bother you, it's a very good place to stay if you're looking for something quiet and safe.

Great house; we went as a group of 7, and we found it was a good size for everyone to be comfortable. The house is cozy, and the parking area is very spacious. One of the two bathrooms is located outside the house and does not have hot water, which was not made clear in the listing. We had a problem with the hot water on the first day. We contacted the host, who informed us that the hot water circuit breaker was tripped, and we were given instructions to reset it. It is important that this information be provided in advance if it is a practice at the property. I recommend and hope to return soon!

Everything was excellent We had a great time. José was very attentive and always willing to help us. The house was very clean, and the amenities worked very well. The rooms are a bit smaller than I expected, but overall, everything was great.
