We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is just across the beach, town is a 10 min walk (or a 2 min drive), there’s a little store a couple houses down, and it’s really central to all the surf breaks, from Pilon down to Punto Banco. James was a super responsive host when a couple of small things came up - he helped us immediately and took care of everything we needed. I would definitely return to James’ house.

Our stay in Pavones was just what we were looking for, a place to rest, a little far from downtown but accessible for what you need, I definitely recommend staying with James

Would definitely stay here again in the future. Great location close to Pavones, but with enough distance for privacy. Great deck with hammocks, surfboard racks, and coverage from the rain. James was responsive before and during the trip with recommendations and a answers to questions.

We booked the house for a week but we needed to leave early. The host promptly agreed to refund the amount paid for the days we would not be staying. We are fully satisfied and intend to return.

James House was perfect for our 10 days surf trip, its very close to the point only 5 min drive. House is well equipped, Good AC on each room, instructions for checkin were very easy. Overall a great place to stay.

Amazing place, much more spacious than the photos show. This is a 5* container living! A/c cooled the house really well, for the extra steamy nights. Comfy beds and felt right at home as it had everything you could need. A short walk left takes you to the shop or slight right and you're at the beach. Perfect location.

Our stay at James' house was perfect, the house is fully equipped, it is very nicely decorated, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect, very close to the wave and the supermarket and downtown. James was a very kind and attentive host, we would love to stay with him again.

Super cute container style home, just a short drive (or long walk) from the point at pavones, which easily slept 6 of us. It’s also a super affordable option for the area and well worth the price of admission. Would stay again!

An excellent place to spend time as a family, very clean and safe.

A place full of amenities, it has 2 bathroom, impeccable kitchen, to go to the beach is just crossing the street and walking about 400 meters, there is a balcony that from there you can see the sunset. The host initially cost communication, but then everything was perfect until recommendations of restaurants and things to do on site. I'm happy to stay again. Thank you James for lending me your house. Blessings
