We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the host was friendly and responsive, and everything we needed was provided. The location can be a little getting used to because of the uphill drive but we really enjoyed our time here. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great place, my family loved it! There’s some kitties that visit now and then and my kids wanted to buy them some cat food, they were so hungry, we felt sad for them. I hope someone will also feed them.

Ivette’s house was clean and well decorated. It matched the pictures and met my expectations. She was a great host who was very responsive and helpful as well as her husband. Any question or concern I had she was able to answer and resolve for me. The house itself was in a safe area with so much at walking and driving distance, especially all the beaches. I enjoyed my stay very much!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The views were truly breathtaking and made every morning and evening feel special. Ivette was an amazing host, friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We created so many wonderful family memories here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway. We would gladly stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was beautiful, and we absolutely loved our private pool overlooking the beach. A standout feature was having someone come in daily to clean and tidy up, which made the stay even more relaxing. The only minor downside was that it was a bit far from some activities we had planned, but overall, it served as the perfect, comfortable home base.

We really enjoyed the location and amenities. A few minutes walk to the beach and a number of local eating spots around. Also, not far from the grocery store. 15 minute ride to el tunco, which has all the things to do and eat. The Airbnb was super clean and Ivette was super responsive. We’d absolutely stay here again. The house was just as described. I was only traveling with my son but the house would accommodate my whole family quite comfortably.

Ivette’s place was amazing! Clean, spacious, quiet, peaceful and the place was cleaned daily. Her staff was attentive and made us feel right at home. We would come back for sure!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I can’t wait to come back. I’m looking to book my friend‘s birthday. I went for my birthday and I had a blast we had to cook. It was clean and when we didn’t realize is how convenient the location was we were next to audit the tourist spots. We also was able to be near local spot. Also it’s Uber friendly we got rid of our driver for an Uber and we were in love. she was very attentive. Staff was great. It was clean. We had a few critters come in every now and then and we also fed the cat and we love those.

Our stay at Seaside beach house was wonderful from the moment we arrived until it was time to leave. Ivette was super responsive and provided great recommendations. The house was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed having Isabel so close by that was ready to assist with whatever we needed. Ivette and Isabel cooked a delicious dinner for us on our last night. Will definitely return to Seaside beach house on my next trip to El Salvador!

This place was amazing. It’s in a gated community with an excellent ocean view, and Isabel was a great assistant. We had no issues, and the response time was perfect. We arrived late, ordered dinner, and it was there when we arrived. No complaints. Also, our tour guide, John, was fantastic
