Everything was excellent according to the description. The street to the place is new and in perfect condition. The place is excellent.

The place is beautiful, the house needs maintenance and cleaning. They offer a second bedroom with a twin bed, and there's only one bed. There's not even room for two it's small. It has a bathroom with no door, with a dirty curtain, which falls every time one enters the bathroom and the wall that divides the bathroom with the room does not reach the ceiling. They offer a TV and there is no TV. There was no soap until the next day they took it when we claimed it. The chairs had dirty, smelly cushions. Some windows with broken or sliced cedars. The cover of the old, stained toilet is the same as dirty bathroom tiles There were insect feces in the kitchen looked like rat but the caretaker said they were from lizards. Dirty rugs throughout the entire house The two nights we were there was no electricity from 9pm to about 3am. The, water in the toilet in the 2nd room does not run hard and the bathroom curtain is very short and Small, el, water wet the bathroom floor. The refrigerator does not work, only the freezer. We asked the caretaker for a place to store food and she said she didn't have it. If we hadn't brought a thermos with ice breaks down.

The location with respect to the capital Managua is very good. The beach is quite quiet and if you like where not many people arrive, that's fine.

The beach house is absolutely stunning! It is in front of the beach and could sit at the house and view my kids play in the water safely.

The house was good and simple. It was cabin like.. basic utensils and cooking ware were provided. Make sure to bring your own towels and toiletries. The AC worked fine and there were several fans to help cooling down the room. The view from the balcony was amazing and the house is right in front of the beach. We stayed one night and I requested late check out and they were kind enough to allow us to stay until several hours later.

A semi-private beach, I stayed on holidays and there was little influx of people which also makes it more attractive, Belinda, Mr. boy and Robin were very attentive, the decor very surf style, the only thing would be to put a few signs on the road to feel safer since on the way you don't find people to locate you better, there is also no cell signal, thank you very much and we will definitely visit this beautiful place again.

Perfect location right on the beach, super relaxing. Quick walk down the beach to Los Cardones ecolodge for food. Bring your own towels/toiletries.

A wonderful and beautiful getaway, made smooth and easy by Robin and his caretakers. Also, some of the best internet I've had in Nicaragua, and I've travelled fairly extensively in Nica. Particularly important since I work remotely while staying there.

The location of this house was spectacular. If a sandy beach front and an amazing water to surf and swim is what ur looking for this is it . Lovely caretakers right next door for any issues...
