Patty’s place is a true find. The pics in the listing do not do it justice. It was clean, spacious (must be at least 2000 sq feet), and airy. The bedroom with two queens is in an adjoining unit (common private foyer and common terrace) Everything was in perfect condition and so much nicer than I expected. The resort was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The beach was not crowded. We were here the 2nd week of Dec. and I think the resort was only 1/3 full. We never had a problem finding a lounger at the pool or beach. La Estancia is the owner-occupied resort of the 3-resort property. Check in was a dream; not a single sales pitch. The apartment had every cooking utensil you would need, but no spices/cooking oil. We took an uber to a local grocery store and stocked up (tip: catch uber at the entrance gates to Villa Del Mar for the shortest walk). The pool bar was our fave. Staff were so attentive and friendly. Patty was a great host and answered my questions quickly. We had a lovely week!

We spent a week in July at Villa de la Estancia and we had a blast! This place is perfect for a family vacation, the apartment is quiet, spacious and well stocked. East access to the beach and plenty available chairs around the pool. The staff is very professional and friendly. We liked having snacks and lunch at Parrilla Grill restraunt next to the pool. Overall we're very happy to find this true gem and hope we can come back some time in the future!

Patty's villa was absolutely stunning. From the moment we began considering booking her property to any inquiries we had, Patty was incredibly informative and always responded quickly and kindly. She also provided information about a car service so we could get picked up from the airport. The property itself is simply breathtaking, and it's very family-oriented, which was exactly what we were looking for. The staff there is incredibly kind and attentive. I highly recommend Patty's property. Thank you, Patty, for graciously sharing your home away from home with us. We can't wait to book again next summer!

I went to Patty’s place with my sisters and a friend and we felt so safe and very well taken care of by the staff at Villa La Estancia! We met so many awesome people and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!! I would definitely recommend it!!

Gorgeous, wonderful stay! Unfortunately we were hit by Hurricane Norma, but the unit was safe & sturdy and the resort was well-prepared. The staff was amazing!!

This place is amazing! Even better than the pictures. Great location. You can walk to town or it’s a $5 Uber ride. Walmart is a $5 Uber ride if you want to buy groceries. We are a family of five and we had plenty of room. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved the place. It was such a lovely vacation. The walk to downtown was only 20-30 min from the place. Beautiful deck that we sat out on every night watching the ships come and go. The kitchen could probably do with a few extra utensils such as wooden spoons. And… a larger frying pan and kettle would have been handy. Otherwise fabulous. We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay at Villa Estancia Patty’s place! The condo was beautiful and even better than the pictures. The resort is immaculate with friendly and helpful staff. I would say it is one of the nicest in all of Los Cabos! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, relaxing at the pool and swimming at the beach, dining at the fancy La Casona restaurant onsite for a special birthday dinner, and relaxing at the spa. Would recommend and will come back again 100%. Thanks again Patty!

I can't say enough about the quality of the room and hotel grounds at Villa la Estancia. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the room(s) is like a luxury apartment -- perfect for our adult sons to have their own space. The spacious patio overlooking the ocean was a great way to start the day, or wind down at night. The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. Patty was easy to communicate with, and check-in/out was a breeze. Tip: everyone talks about going to Costco and/or Walmart upon arrival, but the onsite market had almost everything, yes at higher prices, but the taxi to Walmart was $20, and I over-bought at Walmart because I didn't know I could get extra milk, etc. at the hotel market. I highly recommend Patty's place in Cabo.
