Amazing place and host. Highly recommend for anyone!

Can’t recommend this property enough! I worked with the house manager Oscar before our stay to coordinate things like groceries, private chef, and transportation to and from the airport. Oscar also greeted us when we arrived at the property and immediately gave us a tour and very thorough instructions. The view is incredible, the pool is great, and the location is easily 15 min or less from anything downtown. Only thing to be weary of is Pedregal is VERY hilly and bumpy, so beware of getting a little carsick during your drives up and down haha!

The place is awesome, with a breathtaking view and impeccable facilities. The location is excellent and it has all the amenities you need to enjoy a very comfortable stay. Also, the staff's service was excellent at all times: always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. It's definitely a place we'd go back to.

This house was perfect for our bachelorette of 6 girls. Everything was clean and Oscar was super responsive. The area was beautiful but the only thing was nothing was walkable and we had to get an uber for everything. Other than that this place was perfect I would definitely book again.

I just stayed for my bachelorette and I could not recommend this villa enough! The house is beautiful, very clean, amazing views and we definitely enjoyed the pool. The house manager, Oscar, was very helpful and responsive. We had a few hiccups the first night, but Oscar helped immensely! One thing I would highly suggest if you stay here and want to go into town is to use the taxis that the security gate sends. We tried Uber/UberEats the first night and they had a lot of trouble finding the house. It's much easier to travel by the taxis since they are familiar with the area. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Amazing stay! Home was very clean and spacious. We loved the outdoor space (especially the fire pit), the beautiful view, and the upgraded amenities. Oscar, the house manager, was very friendly and helpful to ensure we had everything organized both leading up to and during our stay. The house is located in a beautiful private community Pedregal that was very walkable and felt very safe.

This place is fantastic! Beautiful, spacious and pristine indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and hang out with the family. We loved hanging out by the pool during the day and the large balcony/porch area with fire pit and fantastic sunset views in the evening. We loved going for walks in the neighborhood with its beautifully maintained landscapes- including the walk down to the beach!

We loved our stay!! The pictures do not do this place justice. Oscar was very helpful with planning rides and other needs. The home was beautiful and the perfect space to enjoy the cabo sun!
