We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was great, the view was amazing, even when it was very warm out, the breeze kept you cool at the house! The groundskeepers were so helpful, always there when we needed help & kept the house and property clean. Myriam gave us great recommendations. Restaurants are walkable (ARCA was our fav, we went twice!), coffee (Kosmos, great coffee & chilaquiles), we had massages at the house which was fantastic! Overall it was great, we would definitely come back.

Everything about this home was perfect. We felt so lucky to have our own private BEAUTIFUL oasis. Getting to wake up every morning to that beautiful deck over looking our own private beach was truly magical and restorative. The host and onsite staff were so kind, welcoming and informative. We felt like we were home as so as we arrived. The one very tiny draw back was the long walk to the main restaurant area but we're city folk so we managed just fine! The beach club and restaurant directly next door was perfect for our first night's dinner. We will be returning!

What a magical place to stay. Everything worked as it should. The staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The house and kitchen was kept spotless by wonderful Nayeli and the grounds well cared for by Juan-Carlos . We did not want to leave. Myriam was a wonderful host and a wise and helpful guide during the cartel unrest. We loved cooking for ourselves. The kitchen is well equipped, and we loved the local restaurants. How excellent our stay Casa Zaba was!

We had an incredible experience! The house is in a perfect location with a beautiful view. It is designed tastefully and super comfortable. Miriam was an amazing guide, super responsive and gave plenty of recommendations. Could not recommend this place more.

The place was beautiful and was super close to everything. The beach was pristine and very private but if you walk down 5 minutes it gets more busy which is a nice switch up when you feel like it. I highly recommend staying here and if you do, rent an atv or some bikes since it’s more private than the others. Overall, an amazing stay and the host and staff were extremely responsive and welcoming!

The view of the beach and ocean through the palm trees from the deck was absolutely spectacular. We could have easily spent our entire week just hanging out on the deck. Everything about the house made it a very easy, relaxing, and comfortable stay. The housekeeper and maintenance staff, Nalleli and Juan Carlos, were extremely nice, helpful, and responsive. We ended up using the recommended chef, Yuenen, four out of the seven nights that we stayed there to prepare dinner for us at the house, including a cooking class, one of those nights. We couldn’t have been more pleased, and had so much fun speaking with her and enjoying the delicious food she prepared.

Had a short great stay at Casa Zaba. The view from the balcony/deck looking over the beach was excellent. There was ample seating and lounging available on the patio as well as the beach. We were lucky enough to to witness the birth of baby sea turtles both nights we stayed which created an unforgettable experience for my family. Myriam was very communicative and helpful for our stay as we're the staff at Cass Zaba. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area

This was a fantastic place. My husband and I came down for a quick visit and had a wonderful time here. Everything was perfect down to the privacy, the outdoor seating, beachfront. I loved that I could open all the front doors and allow the constant ocean breeze to roll through the house. There were great restaurants and shops within walking distance from the beach. Our host very communicated with us from the time of booking till we left. He gave us suggestions for different places to eat and things to do. The staff was amazing! Every day the cleaning service would come by and tidy up the sand and the salt covered windows to keep a beautiful view all the time. Reed our host set up a Couples massage one evening at the villa that was so good. This was worth every penny, and so much better than being in the resorts.

This place was simply magical, right on the beach and cool vibes. The staff on side, Juan Carlos and Santiago, are kind and really helpful on all our various requests , from Taxi to fresh coconut 🥥 from the trees.. The host is very professional and communicates well on all aspects. We will be back!

This is such a beautiful spot in Tulum. Truly gorgeous. Stayed in the 3br with my wife and small dog. Was amazing to be steps from the beach and the outdoor seating in the shade was such a luxury. The home was exactly as pictured - gorgeous. To me, the price was well worth it. Worth every penny actually. You can pay just a little less and only have a small room in a hotel. This is our 3rd time to Tulum and previously stayed at the slightly busier area in Tulum beach. It was so much more peaceful and idyllic at Casa Zaba, which is just a little south of the crowds and away from the loud music. But it’s only a short walk to be around all the shops and restaurants. There is also a really nice breeze that comes off the water onto the deck and keeps the living area cool. The hosts Myriam, Juan and Reed were excellent and very attentive. I can’t recommend Casa Zaba enough! Really a magical space and has really wonderful energy for a recharging vacation. I can’t wait to return next year!

Our experience was nothing short of remarkable. From the moment we arrived, Myriam, Santiago, and Juan Carlos welcomed us with unmatched kindness, readiness, and service. The house is located right on the beach, with its own private access to a cenote. Swimming in the cenote was an exhilarating experience, imbued with a sense of energy. Casa Zaba, with its slightly rustic charm, is designed as a palapa. Despite its rusticity, we were pleasantly surprised by the impeccable condition of the sheets, towels, mattresses, and pillows. It was a comfortable stay. Additionally, our vacation was enriched by exploring the surrounding area. We had the opportunity to dive in the caves at Dos Ojos, spend a day in Nopala, and visit some pyramids. We had a car, essential since these attractions are about an hour's drive away. Our vacation was extraordinary, not only due to the wonderful accommodations but also because of the convenient location. Restaurants, hotels, shops and yoga studios walkikng.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. It is in a fabulous calm location with lots of privacy but close to lots of restaurants and shops. The house was cleaned spotless every day and the staff was very responsive. The best part was a quasi private beach with plenty comfortable deck chairs and plenty towels. Our only point of improvement would be the very steep and not very secure staircase inside the house to the upper loft bedroom. All in all we highly recommend this beautiful beach house.
