Great stay & definitely recommend! The penthouse was exactly like the description peaceful, quiet, gated, and very nice. I stayed for a week and it truly felt like home. I loved the rooftop jacuzzi and the balcony views. You could relax, grill, enjoy the community pool, and even watch locals play soccer nearby. Ubers were easy to catch, but I also recommend The Cape Transfers. We used them for airport pickup and drop-off and were welcomed with a drink and a comfortable ride. I would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Carols place and we really enjoyed it. The condo is clean, stocked with all the essentials including beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. The pool was a great way to spend the morning hours and the jacuzzi in the evenings was excellent. Restaurants in the area were walkable and there is a great selection of different dining experiences.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and made sure everything was good. Thank you!

Carol's home was very beautiful and well equipped. She was very responsive and welcoming. I cant wait to stay here again. The private patios and rooftop terrace with HotTub were the perfect place to unwind after a day or the pool and beach. The furnishings were beautiful.

Someone else had written on their review if it is your first time to Cabo, then this is the perfect place. I have to agree. I was there with two teen/young adult children and between the bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, deck, & rooftop, everyone had space. The walking options from the location were great! 4 minutes to the main part of the beach, maybe 10 min to Wal-Mart (it happens more than you think), and 15 min to the marina/town area. If you want to Uber back after dinner or with a stocked grocery cart I don't think the ride was ever over $7 USD. We used almost everything in the condo including the beach chairs and umbrella daily. It is on a somewhat busy corner and you sort have a sideways view of the water. But the traffic maybe woke me up once and I spent far more time at the nearby beach than I thought I would so the view was fantastic!

Loved the penthouse lodging, exactly as described super clean. Provided lots of little extras like shampoo conditioner body wash, laundry detergent etc. Always responded to my questions within a very reasonable period of time. She was a great host and I would highly recommend this place!

The condo was in a good location and was pretty nice. Carol and the host were extremely responsive and helpful. I would reccomend staying there. Clean, spacious apartment that had kitchen stuff and beach chairs!

Wonderful accommodations! This was our first time in Cabo so we were unsure of everything…should we get a car? Should we stay near the marina? Maybe a resort somewhere? If it’s your first time in Cabo-do yourself a favor and just book Carol’s place! It’s a great way to get introduced to the city! Nightlife, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking district. There are detailed directions and recommendations for everything you could want. You can’t go wrong! And the condo is simply beautiful…and those views!!!

Definitely recommend & would stay here again! Great location & the condo was a great value for all of the amenities that were included. Host was top notch :)

Great location, very clean, quiet building.

The condo was in a great location and very clean inside. Carol and her team were great with providing information about restaurants, transportation, beaches, and other useful information that we may have needed while visiting. I would give this condo and host a 10 out of 10 stars. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Overall had a great experience, we travelled with out 1.5 year old and we had a phenomenal time. The place is wonderful, the photos don’t do it justice! It’s spacious well equipped extremely comfortable. Lots of natural light, the rooftop is amazing. Isabel - property manager - met us at the apt for check in to make sure we felt comfortable and show us some details about the place. She was wonderful, welcoming and friendly! We had access to Carol/Isabel throughout via texting/calls although none was needed since it all went so smoothly. Check out was a breeze!
