The house is well located and has a beautiful backyard, but need maintenance. Many issues were identified upon our arrival (cleaning and water leak). The pool also had too much chlorine in it and no test was performed. It stained our clothes, skin and hair. We cancel our stay and moved somewhere else.

The problems pointed out by Simon were completely resolved in a matter of two hours. As with any house, problems can arise that are beyond our control, but we did everything possible to fix them. I have been a great host for years and my property is rated 5 stars, and that says it all. But he is one of those people who don't listen to reason and are impossible to please. One room had a leak and I offered him a master bedroom that was not included in his reservation, and he didn't even want to see it. You can see from my reviews that everything is positive and the service is always great The pool just had a little more chlorine than normal, which can happen in any pool at any hotel in the world. He pointed out that the microwave didn't work and then admitted that they didn't know how to use it, and that was the case with everything.
Our experience was excellent. From the very beginning, the people who took care of us were very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help us with any questions. They made us feel welcome, and their hospitality made the stay very pleasant. We definitely recommend this Airbnb and would gladly stay here again. Thank you so much for all the attention!
The house is very nice. Large and spacious. Very cool green areas. The kitchen needs a bit of maintenance, as does the kitchen furniture. But it's generally in very good condition. The place is very quiet and very close to the beach. They allow pets and have enough space for them to run.
It's a beautiful house, super spacious and comfortable. The gardens and the pool are very clean and super well maintained. The ice maker is a plus. I recommend it 100%.

We had a wonderful family weekend stay here! The house was very clean, organized, spacious, and comfortable for our group of 9 adults and 2 kids — it never felt crowded. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The location is perfect, only a short walk to a beautiful family-friendly beach with clear water, little waves, playground areas, tables, ping pong, benches, and lots of shade from the trees. Having a restaurant right across the street and mini markets nearby was also very convenient. The house is extremely well equipped, with a full kitchen on each floor, BBQ area, extra fridge, and an ice machine that was incredibly useful in the warm weather. Communication was always quick and clear, and we really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again!
Great place and service; we stayed as a team, and our stay was super comfortable. Playa Hermosa can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes at most.
Our family's stay at this property has been exceptional; it is comfortable, fully equipped, and has ample indoor and outdoor living spaces. It has an ice maker, which is a plus for the area where it is located. It really is in a strategic location that allows you to visit many nearby beaches. We'll definitely be back. I appreciate having someone nearby (on the same property) to answer any questions we may have; in this case, Don Rodrigo was always willing to help us.
The place is nice, but need some new appliances, need repair On 2 floor bedroom looks like have a water problems on the ceiling and produce stains and smells around the house. Pool Is perfect and grills.
I had an excellent experience during my stay. The place is truly beautiful, very well maintained, and impeccably clean. Everything was fully stocked, which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The service was excellent; the people in charge of the place were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help us with whatever we needed. Without a doubt, we felt very comfortable. I would totally recommend this place, and I would gladly stay here again.

Excellent place Close to the beach and a supermarket The house is even bigger than what you see in the photos. Very clean and well-equipped Mr. Rodrigo is super attentive. Excellent service and friendly The host was very helpful, and the organization was excellent.
They have plenty of beach chairs that they bring down to the beach and pickup when you are done each day. Great shade trees at the beach. Very safe surf for little children. Pool was very clean and great to have with a family. Rooms were nice size with a kitchen and fridge on the second floor. Second floor outdoor area and a 3rd floor bedroom. Great A/C and they did our laundry for us also.
We had a fantastic stay at Fiorella’s home. The house is beautiful, very relaxing, and just a short walk to the beach. The outdoor patio was perfect for drinks and unwinding, and the pool was amazing. Fiorella was an awesome host and extremely responsive, and Luisa and Roberto (the couple who live on the property) were warm, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again when in Costa Rica. Thank you, Fiorella!
Was a very large open space. Communication was very good with the host. Place is just over a block to the beach. It would be a very good place for a large group.
