What was supposed to be a well-deserved vacation was not like that. Problems from day one. The shower in one of the bathrooms doesn't work well. The kitchen sink had a leak. It was the faucet that was bad. The first day a guy came and said he had to notify the owner. The next day they came to repair the air conditioner, and it turned out that the card was bad, that's what the guy told me. Then another guy came to repair the faucet. He changed it and said that a hose was damaged. He didn't connect it and told us that we should only use the sink on the right side, and it turns out that since the hose wasn't connected, all the water was coming out and our kitchen was flooded. I had to spend the entire Saturday afternoon in the apartment waiting for them to fix the problems, which they never did. And to top it off, on Saturday night, the air conditioning in another room turned off and didn't work anymore. Oh, and they fixed the kitchen issue 5 minutes before 12:00, which was check-out time.

My family and I loved the place. Both the apartment and the common areas were very nice. I recommend it! Nicolas is very attentive and responds quickly.

The apartment was more than I expected, very large and comfortable. The pool was excellent, and the gardens were beautiful. No complaints. I had a great time with my family. Thanks for everything.

The apartment furnishings are worn and some are damaged. The floors were dirty, and we preferred to clean our dishes thoroughly again BEFORE using them. The pool is beautiful, and the property is safe and clean. I would not book this apartment again. Communication was very slow.

We chose this apartment to celebrate my birthday as a family, and it couldn’t have been better. The place is just as it appears in the photos: comfortable, impeccable, and with a very peaceful atmosphere that allows you to truly enjoy yourself. The location is excellent, which made it easy for us to get around the area without any hassle. We left very happy with the experience. Totally recommended!

It was a very pleasant stay, my family and I were very happy, the place is very beautiful, close to Playa Herradura, La Marina Resort, Playa Blanca and Playa Mantas, among other things we can highlight: Nicolas is very polite and always answers quickly any questions that we had Very friendly staff Everything was very clean when we arrived Air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms It is very safe It has a large and clean position We definitely want to go back!!

Safe, well-equipped accommodation (only a washing machine and somewhere to hang your clothes would be missing). They allow pets but you must be careful with the noise that dogs can make. Overall it is an excellent condo.

The apartment is very conveniently located, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and I like that it is on the first floor. Nicolás is very kind and attentive.
