House location, communication with Marcela was good, and there was someone in the front of the property where the washing machine and dryer is to help w/ clogged toilet washing sheets etc. House is old and drain covers are loose and bathrooms are tight but well worth the price. They were helpful with advising and answering questions and helping us plan our stay. We really appreciated that. We felt very safe there. Shorebreak is nothing special so don't go there for surfing but long walks on the beach, yes!

Such a charming beach house! We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the gorgeous outdoor space—it was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening breezes. Just keep in mind that it’s an older home without central AC (in common areas), so it can get warm at night in the hotter months. Keep in mind— it’s a traditional beach house and full of history and character. And all that comes with that. Keep that in mind— and you will have the most peaceful time!
