GK Tulum

The Airbnb is stunning! It is clean & well maintained. Cleaners came each day & Roxie was in extremely helpful and responsive when planning our trip! The water filter is kept clean and we were able to drink water from the filtered spicket without worry of getting sick. We had an incredible stay with 17of us total. We had more than enough space and were very comfortable .

We really enjoyed our stay at Hemma. Roxie was an amazing concierge and really elevated our experience with local recommendations and transportation.

I cannot say enough great things about this Villa! Truly one of the best AirBnB experiences I have ever had. Hosts were responsive our entire stay and the amenities/services were perfect. They made planning seamless and helped with practically every step in planning the most amazing bachelorette trip for my friend. Perfect size house for 12 people! I would love to go back.

This was a perfect destination for my bachelor party in Tulum. It was clean, large, and lots of fun. The property manager helped us plan every aspect of the weekend and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you’re staying in Tulum with a big group, this is the spot.

The host, Roxie, is amazing! She is so responsive. She arranged and booked everything for us. She is so well organized. The private chefs were amazing! The boat tour she recommended was fantastic. The house is so beautiful and well maintained. The staff is so professional. It feels like you are staying in a luxury hotel rather than renting out a house.

We chose to stay here during our bachelorette weekend and it was PERFECT! Roxie was super helpful in creating the best experience possible during our stay. (The private chef experiences in this home are not to be missed!) All the bedrooms were lovely and the private pool area was beautiful. This neighborhood was extremely safe, there was a small shopping / dining area in walking distance and the property still felt very private. 10/10

The villa was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is convenient and feels safe. There are great walkable restaurants and coffee shops close by as well. Roxie took such good care of us, she is amazing!

Everything about our stay at Hemma was phenomenal, the house was probably the coolest Airbnb we've ever stayed. What made it even more spectacular was our amazing concierge Roxie, who took the time to schedule a call with me months in advance of our trip to discuss our needs, write out an itinerary and reserved restaurants, clubs and excursions for our entire trip. She always responded immediately and helped make the stay unforgettable. The house was clean with cleaning service everyday. Roxie arranged a chef service, which was an incredible meal. She even got our cake comp'ed when we didn't like it. Yes, it's expensive, but that's all of Tulum, definitely worth the stay for our party of 9. I'd highly recommend, and I would stay there again with a large group.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Tulum with two families totaling 10 people. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and worked perfectly for a larger group. Everyone had plenty of private space, and the shared main living areas were beautiful and ideal for spending time together. The plunge pools were a huge highlight — refreshing, relaxing, and used constantly by our group. We also really enjoyed the tequila tasting, which was an excellent and fun experience. Roxie, the main concierge, truly made the stay even better. She was fantastic, incredibly sweet, and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Her attentiveness and care did not go unnoticed. We did have a small issue with ants because the garbage couldn’t be taken out until the cleaning staff arrived the next day. It wasn’t a big deal and didn’t impact our overall experience at all. There is no oven, so we could not bake etc. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this villa!!

Fantastic stay Would recommend

Absolutely loved my stay and one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. All of my guest loved it as well as each person had their own privacy. Thanks to Roxie everything was planned ahead from transportation, decorations, excursions, food and etc prior to my groups arrival so it was very peaceful and accommodating.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Hemma for our birthdays and had the most enjoyable experience. Roxie was so attentive from start to finish and really made our stay and organizing the trip seamless. There were 9 of us total and we had so much space, the house can comfortable fit 12+ people. The villa matched the pictures and description online and was cleaned every morning, new towels and sheets consistently which was amazing. Roxie set us up with a driver for the trip, Alex, and he was so helpful. We always felt taken care of and safe. Everyone was so responsive and attentive. We were able to book chef service, yoga, transportation, Mariachi band, and dinner reservations through Roxie which I, 100% recommend taking advantage of. The location is in a safe neighborhood with local cafe’s and food nearby. About 10-15 minute taxi ride from the main beach strip and day clubs. Overall we had an amazing experience. Clean, friendly and attentive service the whole stay.

The stay at Hemma was beyond satisfactory every standard was meet. Roxie was also a great aid when it came to getting things booked and her response time was impeccable . This Place is a MUST STAY EXCLUSIVE 10/10 for sure
