A practical space with everything you need. The place is beautiful and transports you to a peaceful environment! We had a small problem that they easily helped us solve! The golf cart bonus seems excellent to me!

I wanted to stay in a house with no ac and no windows, my gf/partner had never done that and wasn’t ready to give it a try. Fair enough, so we found Zlatko’s place and agreed it was going to work… Honestly I wasn’t excited about it… until… we opened the door! Best of both worlds! I highly recommend!

We went back to the same apartment for the second time and the experience was excellent again! Everything was spotless, very clean and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal, the nearby pool is wonderful, and the golf cart makes everything much more convenient. The host is still very attentive and responds quickly. Definitely a place we would return to again and again. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay at this apartment and definitely recommend it. The owner was extremely friendly, attentive and always responded very quickly to any questions. The apartment is perfect for families with children or even for older adults, as it has a very close and easily accessible pool. Also, for most of our stay, the pool was practically empty, so we felt it was almost private for us. We also loved that part of the pool was shaded, which made it much more comfortable during the hottest hours. The golf cart was in perfect condition and was super convenient for getting around. Everything in the apartment was impeccable: very clean, fully equipped, and with excellent quality details. The sheets, towels, and all the items in the apartment were top notch. Everything was really perfect and we would happily come back.

Zlatko’s place was perfect for my trip! He was responsive and friendly! The condo location was great, quiet and walkable to Marina and restaurants! Highly recommend!

Zlatko's place is in an amazing location and very well equipped! The proximity with the Marriott's facility as well as the great spot's I. Jaco make it a great stay whether you're looking for a chill pool day or more exploration.

Great stay! The flat was very nice and the communication with the host was excellent: always attentive and responsive. The area is lovely, quiet and surrounded by nature. Plus, having the golf cart and access to the beach club was a big bonus. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the swimming pool is just a few steps from the back door. Highly recommended!

Great option for a stay in Los Suenos. Steps away from the beach club and access to beach and Marina. Nice garden with outdoor seating and sun beds for extra privacy. Lots of beds makes it perfect for bigger families. Kitchen super well stocked. A great stay.
