I can not express how unbelievably kind and helpful the host Chris was. The property is better than the photos! Comfortable beds, plenty of space and so clean. He had wonderful recommendations to make our stay even more enjoyable. The welcome party was so great after traveling all day, the catering was delicious and so reasonable. If we make it back to Cabo I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of his properties! Chris is the best!!!

This wasn't a typical Airbnb experience for us. Chris went above and beyond in hosting us and making sure all our needs and questions were tended to. It was the most concierge type of experience I've ever had in an Airbnb! We had three families of four in this house and it fit us perfectly with the number of beds, the en-suite configuration of most of the bedrooms and the ability to have both great communal areas and privacy when needed. The pool was heavily used, we cooked many meals and enjoyed games and World Cup matches at the house. The opportunity for fantastic and memorable outings were plentiful and Chris helped advise and broker without hesitation. The house is in a very nice gated community and so the setting is residential and not very walkable to activities or amenities, but Uber is highly efficient, affordable and easy. Thank you Chris! We'll be back!

Chris's house is super comfortable, and it has everything you need to cook and enjoy your time in San José. We will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful with a pool and hot tub out side. The main shared space with the kitchens was spacious and accommodated our group of 11. The individual rooms and bathroom situation was perfect for us. Nobody was ever in anyone’s way. The concierge, chef, and masseuse services were excellent. I recommend the use of the services. It made the whole trip more pleasurable. Based on our stay we are looking to come back again.

We had a great stay! Chris is very responsive and had someone on call to help with any issues or needs. He gave us a lot of local reccomendations too. The house is great, clean, safe, and quiet.

This placed worked great for us. All the bedrooms are private with their own bathrooms. The kitchen and living area is large and the outdoor area and pool were fantastic.

Chris was communicative from the moment we made our booking, and ensured we had everything set for our arrival. Chris had all the recommendations and contacts needed to make our first trip to the area a highly memorable and enjoyable experience. The home was beautiful, and the perfect amount of space for our family. We fell in love with the neighborhood, and our kids enjoyed the playground that was only a short walk away. On-site security was friendly and easy to communicate with on check-in, and made for a safe neighborhood feel. Great spot!

A great place to relax and explore. Privacy was very nice and the views nearby were amazing. Very comfortable beds and the setup of home and its amenities were just what we needed. Very affordable UBER rides to nearby attractions was a positive. Highly recommend!

This was the third time a group of us seven ladies of all ages stayed at Chris's place and for a reason. The place is beautiful, spacious and makes us feel like we're at home. The perfect relaxing getaway! Chris was personally very communicative and had a local concierge, Giovanni, as well to help us with anything we needed. Giovanni met us to check in and was invaluable! We had a couple of hiccups when we arrived, but he graciously handled them and was right on top of any other issue that arose while we were there. We had the Welcome Service that was offered, provided by Luis & David from Fosi Kitchen and it was fabulous! A wonderful way to start our long weekend. Chris provided the contact for a local masseuse, Letty. Five members of our group booked in-room massages, which - I was told - were exceptional! We all left feeling reconnected, relaxed and rejuvenated. Can't recommend Tooker Villa enough! We'll be back!

This home was perfect for our 3 generations of family gathering. The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub and it was perfect for them with a large shallow end with a big umbrella for shade. Lots of outdoor seating for lounging and dinners. Loved the recommended in-home cooking-food and service was great and worked better than going out to restaurants. Location was very central and safe and the 6 block walk to the beach was ok. Thanks Chris for a great week!
