The house was beautiful and in a peaceful, lovely area. Edgar the house manager was very responsive and helpful prior to and during our stay. The chefs we arranged with (shoutout to Oscar, Luigi, and Cesar) were fabulous. Food and service were top tier. We loved the Fundadores Beach Club access as well. Would definitely come back with our family!

Great house and great hosts. Home is part of the puerto Los Cabos community and the beach club was great to access. The workout room by the pool was not accessible for non owners from 9-12. They also did not let us use the pickle ball courts which was disappointing.

This house is truly amazing. From the breathtaking views, beautiful outdoor area, quiet neighborhood and pristine golf course to the stunning clubhouse, our stay was perfect! The golf cart came in handy more than once and honestly, the chef’s, Raymundo and Johnny absolutely made our vacation one we’ll never forget. Not only are the AMAZING chef’s, they were so accommodating to our kids, allergies and holiday service. They cooked for us everyday and I wouldn’t have it any other way. We wanted to bring them home with us 😉 Edgar was quick to respond to any issues/questions we had and lined up transportation for us a couple of times. We were a group of 3 families (6 adults and 5 kids) and everyone had plenty of space to sleep, hang out, play games, watch TV, swim and they even used the putting green. It was a great way to ring in 2026!!!

Great place for an extended family vacation! Very neighborhood and you can take the golf cart down to the private beach club. We had a great time...thanks!

The House is absolutely amazing, and be sure to use Edgar’s (Concierge) help and info. He was incredible. I also suggest using his food service and chefs. We had them make breakfast every morning and dinner one night. They ALL go above and beyond. Even the cleaning lady was exceptional. I cannot say enough great things about our stay, the help, and atmosphere. They brought bug spray at no cost and offered cleaning services during our stay. Would return over and over again.

The home easily accomodated our large extended family and everyone was very comfortable. The location was peaceful and access to the beach club and golf was a big plus. The house manager Edgar was very responsive to our requests both before arrival and while we were staying in SJC.

Spent a wonderful relaxing week at Amy’s house in Puerto Los Cabos. The house was better than advertised and the location was perfect for a week with family and friends. Edgar was great to stay in touch and took care of anything we needed. Would highly recommend this listing.

Our stay at Amy’s place was excellent. We had a large family gathering of 10 adults and a baby and it was perfect. The home is beautiful and clean with very nice views of the ocean. The community is very quiet and worth driving around in the provides golf cart. We paid for the heated pool and it was very much worth it being able to swim in a warm pool in December. Highly recommend the private chef service as well. Like other commenters have said the pictures don’t do justice to the place. It’s even better in person.

Incredible views and beautiful home, well worth the price. Comfortable gated community, the beach club is very nice. Will absolutely stay here again.

The house was amazing. We had access to the Beach Club and use of the golf cart. Breathtaking views. Our family of 11 enjoyed this beautiful home and all the amenities. We will be back!

We had a great time spending a week at Amy’s house! We had 10 adults and 4 children and the space was perfect. The large common areas were ideal for our big party. The house was cleaned multiple times and communication with the manager, Edgar was clear and fast. We loved all the amenities like the golf cart, pool and access to the beach club. We also used a recommended private chef to cook a few dinners at the house which was very easy and delicious! Can’t recommend this location enough!
