A nice, comfortable and functional apartment. Very nice views from the bedrooms and Rosa María is very accessible and friendly. Everything works well despite the building being old. It is well maintained and clean. The service from the condominium staff was, as always, very friendly, and the pool and beach area was safe and comfortable.

The best place I've ever stayed. The place far exceeded my expectations, and the host's service was always prompt. If you're thinking about going to Acapulco, seriously consider this place to stay; you won't regret it, it has it all. Don't miss the chance to have breakfast on the apartment's terrace; the view is very nice.

Everything is absolutely amazing—the apartment, the view, the cleanliness, and Rosa's service. The sunset views of Acapulco from the terrace alone are worth the price. We'll definitely repeat it.

The building and facilities are well maintained, the apartment is very spacious, everything works perfectly. Communication with the host was always quick and he answered our questions.

Rosa Maria's apartment is just as Describes, spacious and in an excellent location, what I like most about this condo is that you are assigned your beach awning and throughout your stay it is the same, you don't have to request it every day.

The apartment is beautiful, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing, with a wonderful ocean view and a terrace to enjoy the sunsets. The apartment is beachfront with beach access. All the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We will definitely be back.
