We had a mixed experience during this stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the house was not clean: there was a lot of dust and several dead bugs in different areas, which made a bad first impression. During our stay, we noticed several significant issues. There was no hot water, which significantly affected comfort. The beds were uncomfortable, and the mattresses are in very poor condition, so they definitely need to be replaced. Also, the master bedroom shown in the photos with a lake view was locked and unavailable, which is misleading if you book expecting to use it. Another problem was that on the first night, when it rained, about half of the house lost power, which shows a lack of maintenance on the premises. That said, I want to highlight something positive: Marlon was always available and in constant communication, and the maintenance team was very attentive and willing to try to resolve any issues.
