The location is amazing...close to everything while still being private. This property is incredible...open and airy floor plan with large spaces, nicely appointed kitchen and incredible outdoor spaces. A/C throughout worked great as did all appliances. Sarah was outstanding with communication. Extremely helpful. The cleaning service was absolutely superb, which is not something I typically make note of. I would definitely stay at this place again!

Fantastic stay at Villa Colibri! One of the best airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. The location is the best in Santa Teresa, very close to the beach in just a short walk, close to the action, restaurants and shops, yet very private. The pool and patio area is very nice and so relaxing, the house is very spacious and comfortable beds. At first I wasn’t sure about the open shower in the master bathroom as it may let bugs in but it was wonderful, no bugs and so relaxing and peaceful. Sarah was a great host and very helpful! We will definitely be back for our next stay in Santa Teresa

Awesome spacious villa in the best part of town. 4-5 min walk to the beach and close to some of the best spots in town, yet tucked in a quiet and lush spot that felt very private! We were a group of 6 down for a week and we loved the space! The pool is a great spot to hang out during the day - there is always some shade to hide from the sun. Cleaners came twice while we were there which was great. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the bathroom that was open to the outdoors! Patio was great for our dinner with a private chef. The host gave very clear instructions for arrival and entry, and was communicative throughout the week to find out if we were comfortable or missing anything. Would absolutely stay here again!

The pool and outdoor space is a small oasis that we made plenty of use of. The nearby beach and town are lovely and we look forward to returning some day.

This was our third stay at this Airbnb and as usual, it did not disappoint. We love this home because it is quiet, comfortable, and just a short distance to the beach. We love being able to cook our meals in the kitchen, swim in the pool, and enjoy the patio area. The property manager, Sarah, is always so accommodating and quick to answer any questions or take care of any needs. We love staying here. We will be back again!

We had the best stay! the house is in a great location to several restaurants and the beach. Sarah was great at communicating and setting things up such as ATV rentals, boat trip recommendations, and transpiration to the villa.

We are a family of four with two young children and were so pleased with our stay! Check-in and out went smoothly. The home was clean and comfortable. It is located just a block away from the main street, but you wouldn’t even know it from how private and quiet it was. Would highly recommend to families traveling in this area!

It’s not the easiest to get to, requiring a bit of a walk or a drive, which might not be ideal for everyone. If you’re looking for a beach-centric vacation, keep this in mind. The small pool is a nice addition, though it may not be suitable for extensive swimming or lounging. It’s perfect for a quick dip to cool off, but don’t expect it to be a centerpiece of your stay.
