Gorgeous views from every floor; ocean and mountains The indoor/outdoor first floor is very rewarding and the patio is 5 star. We took walks on the beach daily with very easy access from the home. We walked to Cerritos Beach about one mile each morning for a coffee from the Baja Beans cart. We used the umbrellas chairs and towels daily. We cooked almost every night utilizing the grill primarily. Kitchen island is amazing. A personal note, the shower on the second floor was excellent; hot, high shower head and great pressure. Fully relaxing if you’re looking for it. Neil was available and responsive. We would stay here again.

My family just returned home from a week in Los Cerritos at Neil‘s beautiful home. Couldn’t have asked for more. House was everything we expected from as advertise on Airbnb and then some. Beautiful setting located just a short walk to the beach. Great views, a beautiful pool and great indoor and outdoor living space. Neil was awesome in every way you would hope a host to be. Don’t hesitate to book with him if you’re thinking about it. Enjoy your vacation in Los Cerritos.

Great stay. It's an excellent property, in stunning surroundings with the most incredible view from the deck out front. Ocean views, sound of the sea, whale-spotting in season. Neil was super helpful and responsive for all our needs. The property was as described and we reallt enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. Thanks Neil.

WOW. What a beautiful respite for 10 days. The view from the back porch and every room is stunning ocean and mountains. It was difficult for us to leave the house as once we settled into the daily rhythm of awakening to the many sounds of birds, cooking in the massive kitchen, sitting by the side of the pool immersed in a good book while watching whales out in the ocean and walking down to the beach (a short 5 minute walk), our days were full. Night swims with pool lights on while gazing at the stars were a wonderful way to wrap up our days. Neil was extremely helpful and attentive to ensure every part of our stay was great. He is a wonderful host. I would not hesitate to book this place. We have been to the area 5 times and this was surely our favorite home for all the reasons listed above and more. It is a treasure for sure.

The place was beautiful! Incredible stay where we got to see whales from the property itself. Great location in terms of being walking distance to the beach and a 15 mins drive to the town. Neil was an excellent host who gave us great recommendations and was very hospitable — even giving us a tour of the property when we arrived. Would definitely recommend to others.

It’s hard to overstate what a beautiful and unique experience this Airbnb is. I’ve never been anywhere in the world quite like it. This is not a super developed part of the world but what they’ve carved out for you here is exquisite for anyone of any background. The host is responsive and helpful. The space is comfortable and clean. The views are breathtaking and iconic. The beds are great, the atmosphere warm. I would love to stay here again.

Wow! What a perfect place! Neil was a very responsive host. The 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was perfect for our family. The kitchen is well equipped and the washer/dryer were a welcome feature. The best part was the setting. The outside patio was beautiful, the pool was lovely, and the beach being a short walk away = perfection!

We had a relaxing and fun stay at Neil’s home. It is a very cool house and had plenty of room for our group. We particularly loved the views, the hares running through the desert, and the constant whale watching (from the pool!). Neil was a responsive and friendly host. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed on the few times we decided to cook for ourselves. Overall great vacation here and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house right on the beach. Neil and Andrea were responsive and had great local recommendations. Could see whales from the pool and the road to the house was paved the whole way. Would definitely stay here again!

We lost count of how many whales we saw, all day everyday they were up and down the coast!! The house has many of the little quirks you’d expect from a Baja home but with a little care it makes for an amazing getaway, sans little kids or elders. The in home chef service was an excellent add on. Our party of 5 would def stay again.

Location location location!! The home is in one of the best locations in El Pescadero. Away from the crowds but close enough to walk to restaurants and bars and the surf school. Very close to the beach. Feels very private and the views are phenomenal. The house itself is very comfortably laid out with great kitchen and living space and amazing outdoor space where we spent a lot of our time. Beds are comfy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house for a family vacation. We loved watching whales from the pool and patio. Lovely, peaceful location, just the right distance from the popular part of Cerritos Beach. We appreciated the beach umbrellas, chairs and towels, and the yoga mat. The house has wonderful spaces, with 3 great bedrooms. The systems work well (water, solar electric, pool, etc) but it was clear that the hosts have fallen behind on maintenance. Many cabinet doors were broken or missing, some faucets didn’t work, and some lightbulbs were burnt out. Neil was very responsive when we made requests- he hustled to bring us more dishes and dining chairs. Once we arrived, he was a prompt communicator, and was helpful and supportive. I would definitely stay at this house again.
