We had a wonderful stay! I agree with a lot of the other reviews. This place is a true gem! We felt very comfortable bc this place was very clean! They even went above & beyond and had housekeeping come half way through our stay to refresh things. If cleanliness is a concern is a concern like it is mine, this place is immaculate! Gorgeous view, nice pool & hot tub. Has kitchen supplies & washer & dryer which was helpful. The host was very responsive & helpful. I have to give this place a 10 out of 10! One of the best places I've stayed at! Would definitely stay there again!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful home. There is nothing quite like waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys before taking in the stunning views accessible from every single bedroom. The views are even better than the photos! The location was a major highlight for us. We were close enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer, yet the property felt like a secluded, secure sanctuary. The hosts have truly thought of everything as this is the most well-equipped rental we’ve stayed in. Our teenagers spent most of their time at the pool, which was designed perfectly with a deck that offers both full sun for tanning and comfortable shade for relaxing. While we initially thought it might be too hot for the hot tub, it ended up being our favorite way to wind down under the stars in the evenings. Throughout our stay, the hosts were remarkably helpful and responsive. This was definitely a 10/10 experience!

We stayed for a full month at this amazing house and easily felt at home. The hosts were great and very quick to respond throughout our entire stay when we had questions or needed anything at all. It is located inside a large gated community with 24/7 security guards, and past another gate with a code. Security was important to us, and we felt very safe here. We loved checking out all of the nearby beaches and exploring around the beautiful coastal area. There are plenty of restaurants close by and stores to buy groceries, and a nice kitchen for cooking at the house. In addition to a beautiful and comfortable interior, the outdoor living areas are phenomenal. We spent lots of time relaxing on the upstairs covered patio and in the infinity pool just off the living room, where the view includes the ocean and mountains, and a LOT of birds and wildlife like iguanas, deer, raccoons, and even monkeys. We would absolutely stay here again, and I'd recommend Elizabeth and David's place 100%!!

10/10 without a doubt! This was the best AirBnb experience our family has had and we travel a lot! We stayed for 8 nights in February. The host provided excellent, very detailed instructions to get to the property. We arrived after dark and found this super helpful. The house is actually better in person than the pictures. We had a property manager onsite to greet us and show us how everything works. We also had a maid come twice during our stay to freshen everything up. It was quiet, plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out and wind down. The water was wonderful. The grocery store is close and we had everything we needed to cook meals. The host was super responsive, I had a few questions about traveling and logistics. The alarm system was added security. We saw wildlife- all outside- raccoons, macaws, tarantula, unique lizards. The kids had no screens this trip so the pool was a big hit. Highly recommend, the house was definitely a highlight of our vacation!

A beautiful location with stunning sunset views. We loved coming home from a day at the beach or playing pickleball at the club to a quiet and private spot! Thank you for sharing it with us!

This house is absolutely gorgeous. The location is perfect—right in the center of everything you need for the beach—and the property feels very secure. The host was extremely professional, responsive, and quick to answer all of our questions. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was a big plus since my girlfriend loves cooking. All the rooms were very clean, and the house itself is well equipped with great internet service, especially considering it’s located on a hill. One of the highlights was seeing so much wildlife—beautiful bird species and even monkeys! Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend staying here, especially since it was very reasonably priced. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you

The host was very nice enough to offer us extra days due to our delayed and cancelled flights with WestJet. The place is in a gated community with a gym, tennis court, sports court and restaurant. They helped arrange drivers for us for the last couple who arrived late from another cancelled flight with WestJet. I love the place and location and will definitely comeback again soon!

My family had an amazing stay! The place is so beautiful, tucked into a hill with the best views of the ocean, beautiful trees and flowers. You get to see all kinds of birds while swimming in the saltwater pool and hot tub which we did, many times a day. We loved grilling out and eating at the outdoor kitchen while watching the sunset. Everything is exactly as stated, but better than you could imagine! The hosts are incredibly accommodating and friendly, and made sure we had all we needed to enjoy the home and the area. We would definitely return, and truly hope to come back!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this Playa Flamingo home! The ocean views from the balcony, especially with the hot tub, were breathtaking and the perfect way to end each day. Waking up to colorful birds was magical. The house was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the location was fantastic—close to the marina, beaches, and good local spots. The host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a peaceful, beautiful Costa Rican getaway! Recommend taking a day trip to Playa Langosta and Playa Azúcar for a more private and local beach. Hosts were wonderful and always answered any questions we had immediately. This house also has the most INCREDIBLE sunsets! Kids enjoyed the ladders connecting the 2 bedrooms upstairs to play on. They provided games, books, and comfortable bedding for the kids!

This is the epitome of private oasis. Will definitely return, absolutely gorgeous.
