Terrible service in the building, place with 60 percent cleanliness, they arrived the next day to clean the armchair and change sheets, which is annoying because we had to wait until they left, we will not rent this place again

We loved the building, the apartment, the service they gave us, the super friendly reception. everything is very nice, spacious, beautiful. The hosts are very friendly, they respond quickly and they let us in early. Pura Vida! 🇨🇷

We were falsely accused of smoking on the elevator building when it wasn’t even one of the people that was on the group trip. Also the washer and dryer were broken. The shower needs some more care. The security was rude. Communication was horrible and I honestly don’t plan on giving any of my friends a recommendation to stay here and I won’t be returning either. The lightbulb was out and we requested a new one and they didn’t even bother to change it. The towels and sheets needed changing well and lots of stains. The couch was dirty and a mess. I had high expectations for this place and we paid more than it was worth tbh.

It is a privileged place in location, but it feels that it lacks maintenance, the light in the main room did not work, the kitchen was flooded when we arrived, the amenities felt like something that the other guests had left.

We loved the location of the apartment, it had everything you need for cooking, we used it a little but it is equipped. It's also very safe, which for me is essential. I would love to come back to stay here.

The truth is that the little attention they gave us was really bad. The television is broken and we were not informed beforehand. We spent more than 15 hours with the entrance lock in poor condition and it was difficult for us to get an answer. We spent about 3 hours locked up without being able to leave.
