A terrifying experience on the part of Security. The accommodation is nice, clean, well equipped, and in an excellent location. Matches what was posted. However, our experience ended up being terrifying. A security guard from the development was arrested by the police, whom we called after finding evidence on his cell phone that he was recording us while we were bathing, from outside through the bathroom window of our room that faced the hallways, without us noticing. This happened from the beginning of our stay. It's concerning that there are no cameras in the hallways and other areas. We believe it is essential to be more careful when hiring and supervising security personnel. When we reported what happened to a manager, she told us that she was out and that we should call the police, without providing any follow-up at that time. The accommodation is good, but we hope that measures will be taken so that no guest experiences a situation like this.

We deeply regret the terrible experience you had. We fully understand how alarming the situation is and agree that it is completely unacceptable. We want to confirm that the person involved was immediately fired and no longer works or has access to the complex. Although the external security is contracted and managed directly by the condominium management —and not by our team—, as soon as we learned of what had happened, we followed up with them to demand that severe measures be taken. This was an isolated incident in a condominium that has always been safe, and we have already formally requested the management to reinforce staff supervision so that no guest goes through something like this again. We sincerely regret that your stay was marred by the actions of this third party.

This was a really lovely apartment in a beautiful area away from the hustle of downtown Cabo San Lucas. But there were still lots of amenities, stores and restaurants within walking distance. We had a very nice stay.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (two adults and 3 teens.). We had two boys that just turned 18 and we felt safe with them going out on their own. Plenty of room for everyone. We had everything we needed. Just went shopping for groceries. The area is fantastic with a beautiful view, short walk to the beach, lots of places to eat, nightlife, a mini mart across the street, and a Walmart and mall a short walk away. The beds were much firmer than we’re used to, but plenty of pillows and blankets to keep us comfortable and a big comfy couch for relaxing. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrella and also had a great time spending a day at one of the beach clubs!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, everything we needed was just a few minutes away. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy and hassle-free. The hosts were extremely kind, responsive, and quick to address anything we needed. Their communication was excellent throughout our stay. If we ever come back to the area, we would definitely book this place again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed Airbnb!

THIS IS A MUST DO RESERVATION!!!!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY it is a unit in a condo/complex, easy to access and find; great security. Costco and major supermarket 5 min walk; coffee shop and great family restaurant, Cabo Grill, located 7 min walk uphill the other way; you can Uber everywhere; about 10-15 min drive to Marina and Downtown. The place is SUPER SPACIOUS; 3 great size bedrooms 3 full bathrooms (1 is full ensuite) plenty closet space; towels and linens all provided and clean, living space and kitchen open concept, beautiful view of Arch through living room sliding doors. I absolutely highly recommend; host very quick to respond; host provides a concierge service connected to help book anything you may need/want while in Cabo.
