beautiful apartment, very well equipped and comfortable. communication with the hosta was excellent, and she was always there for her to answer my questions. we really liked everything except that the exit to the sea is about 15min away but we would definitely stay again.

The place was beautiful!! Very accommodating. Lauren was great with making recommendations. We hired a chef for three days of our stay. Highly recommend. Fabian was fantastic! He brought the groceries, served the food, and cleaned up after. Great location. Peaceful yet plenty around. Great visit! 👏🏻

Great place, great area and a very attentive host.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, (as is or better than seen in the photos) and the staff is always very friendly, has 24-hour attention for whatever you need, there is always someone pending. The only thing I would say that I probably didn't understand well, is that it does not have a beach and when I put the filters on Airbnb I put it with the beach, but the beach is inside the complex but you have to walk about 8 minutes or go by car and it is public beach without beds or palapas (just for information if someone who wants is literally rest on the beach). Otherwise the place is super well located, in one of the best areas with the mall Just across the street and everything is super safe and quiet.

Our stay with Lauren was very grateful, the accommodation was impeccable and in very good condition, it has the indispensable and up to 10/10, it would definitely be a place I would return to and I can recommend Additional, Lauren always shows very good availability and price availability and during our stay

Responsive host and beautiful large apartment.

Lauren is a SUPER SUPER host. The absolute best experience I’ve had on the entire Airbnb platform! Lauren is a true professional. The property was stunning, we felt SAFE which was one of our biggest concerns. Lauren responded even at times I didn’t expect. She helped us to find a yacht, rental vehicle, chef, local activities and more! We can’t wait to visit again and will stay longer and bring friends as Lauren is able to help us stay in a few properties at once! Thank you such for an amazing experience!

Lauren has an eye for interior design and hospitality. We loved the location and appreciated the security features. Our Spanish is (severely) limited, but Lauren helped clarify communications. Estupendo Lauren!

We loved our stay at Lauren’s penthouse. The penthouse was clean and spacious, with comfortable furniture and bedding. The view from the balcony is amazing. It is located within a complex with 24 hour security, so we felt really safe here. The gym and rooftop pool were also great. There is a shopping centre nearby with restaurants and pharmacy. It was also easy for us to go to Isla Mujeres for a day trip as we were close to the port (10 minutes by taxi). I recommended Lauren’s place and would stay here again.
