The house is much nicer than what is shown in the photos. It is located near Manzanillo beach and close to stores. It's a quiet and cozy place, with lovely nature. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need for cooking and resting. Veronique was always helpful and friendly. My family and I really enjoyed this place. Thank you very much!

The place is excellent, in a quiet area and with everything we needed to have a great time. We went to Manzanillo Beach as a family for a work-related matter, but Veronique's place had everything we were looking for to enjoy ourselves without having to leave. The beds are very comfortable and large. The terraces and pool area are very well laid out. Veronique was very friendly and responded to us at all times.

We had a lovely stay there at this great house. Absolutely recommendable. We spent most of the time at the beaches in Playa Hermosa and Santa Teresa. Playa Manzanillo is quite rocky.

It looks just like the pictures Spectacular place, the kitchen has everything The pool is big, the rooms are quite large! The layout of the house is perfect. At night the lighting of all the areas is perfect, even the big tree has light. The house is surrounded by plants, and there is also a supermarket near the house where you can buy everything. The distance to Santa Teresa is 30 min and half of the journey is uphill, so take this into account. At least have a 4x2 car. Super recommended and quiet place

We loved the house. It had everything you needed and was very homey and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The manzanillo beach is very close with a very cute restaurant we went to watch sunsets. The road needs to be paved as the drive to Santa Teresa is longer than it should be but other than that we loved loved the house. We would stay there again for sure.

The place was terrific and highly recommended. Our boys especially loved the pool and the large terrace – a real oasis to relax. Easily accessible by car, and we felt at home from the first moment.

We went as a family (2 adults and 2 children 4-6 years old). The house is in perfect condition, excellently equipped, and it is very nice as shown in the photos. Communication with Veronique is excellent and she is attentive to everything. The only thing was the smell of cat excrement in the area in front of the house, but it is understood that it is part of the animals that live nearby. 100% recommended for families with small children. It's a gem in an area of CR where there's so much to do and see!

We had an incredible stay at Casa Linou! The house is beautiful, with a delicious pool that’s perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is excellent—fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home. The bedrooms are super comfortable and cozy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Miramar is a lovely area, though we personally preferred Playa Hermosa, which is just a quick 10-minute drive away. We definitely recommend having a 4x4 vehicle to get around more easily. If we could suggest anything, it would be to improve the quality of the TV and add some in the bedrooms, maybe add a BBQ grill outside—it would make the outdoor experience even better. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we’d absolutely love to come back!

Casa Zen is just what we needed to end our Costa Rica stay. Overlooking the local jungle with views of the mountains and the sea, this is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the visit of capuchin monkeys, hummingbirds, bats, iguanas and hear howler monkeys in the distance! The sunsets from the balcony are also something special… Veronique is a great host, very communicative with great local recommendations (muelle del marisco was delicious!) and very friendly, makes you feel right at home. To get here you would need a 4wd, the road from the Playa Naranjo ferry is mostly paved by it turns into dirt road towards the end and there are a few steep inclines that would be challenging without, specially if it rains. The road from Puente Amistad vía National 160 is mostly dirt road, with 3-4 river crossings (with the car). This route definitely needs a 4wd but was super fun to do. Rivers appear low at this time of year. And the infinity pool…the perfect complement! Don’t miss it!
