No better place to stay in Cabo. Close to the beach (5min walk)… best venues… the place itself is furnished perfectly and the layout is accommodating for coups of 6-10. Amazing! Our 2nd year in a row staying here!

We had the perfect location. We could walk to the super market, Walmart, coffee shops, marina, beach, Mango deck and the Office. Our tour for fishing, horseback riding and four wheeling picked us up from our hotel. We could walk to downtown for great food, shopping and night life if desired. The pool is clean, quiet and had amazing food. Everyone at Marina Sol is super friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, great size for family of 5 . Pool and adjacent bar were great and staff was kind and helpful. Easy walk to the beach , restaurants and marina

We were very fortunate that our room was ready upon arrival at 12noon. Easy check in as front desk is helpful. Security is great there too. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Leticia did a great job communicating with us. Great location and easily walked to beach, restaurants and Marina. Pool was better than expected and appreciated that there was a restaurant and bar at pool. Met lovely people at the pool who all had helpful tips for our excursions. They even had the NFL game on in bar inside, which was great! Grocery stores just a block away, easy peasy! Thanks for a great stay!

The location is great, close to the beach and downtown. If you are a light sleeper, be aware as this place does not have blackout curtains and the windows are extremely thin so you can hear everything going on in the street. But very spacious place with everything you need.

Que pena, nunca se menciono este tema durante la estancia, hubieramos podido apoyar para que estuvieran mas comodos, creo que siempre estuvimos al pendiente de lo que llegaran a ocupar desde su llegada y si nos afecta mucho que solo nos otorguen 3 estrellas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leticia’s place. Beautiful, well appointed condo in an awesome complex with beautiful pool, great food, drinks and top notch, professional service. Fabulous location walkable to Medano beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be back!

Location, Location and Location! It’s very walkable to the beach and Marina! It was a very nice room with all the amenities one could want to have!

This place was centrally located, it was very clean & the living room was spacious! I loved the fact that all windows opened like a sliding glass door, all the guests especially the employees of the property were very nice and helpful…I would highly recommend this property

Very nice place, very clean, plenty of pots and pans. Clean and comfortable furniture. The pool is probably the best one i’ve ever been to. Great security and night guards around the hotel. Hotel bartender is super cool and makes great drinks.
