House is as pictured! My only negative point would be cleaning. I’m sort of a clean freak so I notice everything! Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t dirty just a little dusty and the kitchen could have used a little more elbow grease! Alex and Alana are great! They were always there when we needed them! You are about 20 min away from downtown if you don’t like crowds then this place is great. Note, it gets dark back there! They are in process of building more so eventually they will probably add street lights but I think after mile maker 2 it gets dark real dark!!!

The house is in an amazing location. The care takers Alex and Ellena were amazing. They were there for anything we needed. The house is beautiful. The pool and view are amazing. Only thing I suggest is DO NOT use the chef Marfa. She stole our food, refused to show us receipts for what she bought and took all of our left overs. She also charged us for food we already paid for. She also was using ingredients that were not in season which is against the law. She was referred by the owner Malcom. When we asked for a refund we were told to reach out to Marfa directly. She never got back to us and never gave us our food or the money back. What a shame. Definitely put a damper on our trip.

The staff on sight are so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed Alex and Elena very much and Alvin (the driver) was so attentive and nice. The house is located towards the end of the island so not too close to town, but it's a short taxi ride or golf cart away and we even rented bikes and that was a quick ride too. Mosquitos were out in full force and even with spraying ourselves constantly throughout the day, we were bit tons. There aren't any candles or citronella at the house so make sure and bring your own! The pool is so relaxing and Alex keeps it clean everyday. We enjoyed the use of the pool everyday we were there because we couldn't get in the ocean out front as the seagrass is bad this year. But if you rent a boat and go straight out from the house, there's great snorkeling and swimming! The house is very spacious and has great hang out areas both inside and outside. If you plan to cook, make sure to buy everything you need including oil, spices and seasonings or just rent the recommended chef. We did for dinner one night and it was well worth it! One of the best meals we had! All in all, a good place to rent for a group or family.

Casa Rendonda is beautiful but it has some quirks. The caretakers on site are wonderful and extremely helpful. Some things could be changed to make the home better like the linens and towels, but overall, the premises are well maintained. In this location, you are a bit far away from town, restaurants and shops but that is also what is wonderful about this home as it is not noise and it is very private. Note that housekeeping is off Sunday so make sure to leave towels hung and kitchen clean or you will come back to smells. I would say the pictures do this home justice.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The view and groundskeepers were house is great. Just as advertised. We also really enjoyed the open living space for eating together and playing cards. The house is outside of town, but not so far that we had any issues with a golf cart - a bike would have been a little tough. Would certainly recommend the house.
