Phenomenal location. Stunning from the moment we walked in. We ventured to other beaches, but quickly realized this is the best beach. The pool and grounds were beautiful. We walked to Coco Loco for dinner. It was easy into town for other meals. The staff was attentive and kind. They really looked after us in more ways than one.

Keith’s place was amazing and we can highly recommend staying here. The house itself was great, and the whole Palms setting on Flamingo Beach is perfect. Great location and outside areas (we saw baby turtles hatch on the beach just in front of the property), super nice neighbors and never felt crowded, plus great service from the staff at Palms! And plenty of space for a family of 5. Last but not least, Keith was a great host. Super friendly and kind. Very responsive and gave us proactive advice for the area, and helped straight away when we needed something. Can highly recommend a stay at Keith’s place at the Palms! And we would stay there again any time we are back in Costa Rica!

Our family of 5 had an absolutely amazing time. Keith's place is pristine, well laid out, spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities you could ask for. The home felt brand new. The Palms condo community is immaculately maintained, and the front desk staff are extremely helpful. People are friendly and the beach is peaceful and fairly private, with only a handful of people taking walks. It's a bit off the beaten path, but it's gated, well staffed, and at no point did we feel unsafe. Close to grocery stores, a marina and local shops. An easy 30 minute drive to Tamarindo, and great restaurants to choose from. Keith was an awesome host - proactive, responsive and gave us great recommendations. He checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed, and was quick to answer any questions. Felt like a 5-star service. Absolutely nothing I would have liked to be done differently. We'd stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks Keith!

This is a great property and Keith was very helpful with recommendations for places to go and things to do. Keith was also very flexible and willing to help us out when it looked like our flight home would be canceled. We can’t wait to return!

Keith is a top notch host. Extremely helpful and on top of your every wish. He had ice and coconuts delivered for us. He personally toured us around. Fantastic place to be.

Last minute trip for a couple of days. Keith's place is very well-appointed. The Palms is an excellent location with a staff on the property that keeps everything very well manicured. There is nothing like a Costa Rica sunset right on Playa Flamingo while relaxing at this property. Excellent communication with Keith as well, some ABB's are more like an airline and communication can be poor - keep turning the turnstile -- never got that feeling when dealing with Keith.

Amazing!! We rented another Airbnb 10 mins away which turned out to be s nightmare. Woke up at 6am the 1st morning searching other airbnbs & messaged Keith about this listing, he responded right away. I explained our situation & he assured me we would LOVE his place & would take care of us. He even said he would get housekeeping there asap to refresh it so we could check in early (had to be out of the current Airbnb by 10am). We arrived just after 10am & it was ready- when we walked in, we were blown away. The kitchen was beautiful, everything was spotless, high end finishes, the patio door lead right out to the 2 pools & beach, amazing views, sunsets can’t be beat, felt safe & it was nice for our teenage girls to come & go to the pool or beach as they liked. Keith truly saved our vacation! We had the best time at the Palms. There was a pool bar, coco loco next door has great food & delivers! We would 100% come back & stay here again, already trying to find a time. We loved it!!

We have stayed lots of places and this was perfect! The setting is so peaceful and beautiful. Palm trees, ocean waves, white sand steps from your door. Tons of lounge chairs. The Villa was spotless and higher quality. Design is well thought out and Villa well stocked. The concierge team was very helpful. Between them and Keith ( great host) we could not have asked for anything more. The restaurants around town were delicious. Thank you - we can’t wait to come back.

We had a terrific stay at the Palms Villas. Gorgeous property and wonderful location. And Keith’s warm hospitality was an added bonus.

The property is well maintained, you are literally steps to everything. The pool , beach and even a ocean front massage if you would like. The villa was a hour from Liberia Airport .. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you enjoy your stay. I enjoyed my stay here and Keith made sure that I got anything I needed.

We were wowed by this place. We have three young children and we all just had the most fantastic time here. It’s everything you could want for a family holiday. It’s spotless, luxurious but comfortable, the view from the back is just beautiful, particularly at sunset. It feels like a home from home but with a daily cleaning service 😃 The owner and concierge were so helpful with everything too. I couldn’t fault it.

Everything about this property is fabulous! We had the pleasure of celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary here and I can’t think of a single thing I would’ve changed. There were 5 restaurants we could walk to that all had good food and great service. The concierge will arrange transportation anywhere else you want to go. (Don’t miss Patagonia!) We spent most of our time in the ocean, the pool, or just relaxing in one of the readily available lounge chairs throughout the property. As far as the unit itself goes, I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It’s so comfortable and spacious! I seriously could’ve prepared and hosted a thanksgiving dinner with how well the kitchen is stocked with tools. Keith is the ultimate host and he will go out of his way to see that you have a great time! I’m pretty picky and I can’t imagine how anyone can complain about this property!
