4BR Villa in Manuel Antonio

The house is very well equipped and spacious. We had a great time during our short stay.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated accommodation! The rooms are very nice and spacious, air conditioning in all the bedrooms. We decided to leave our rental car in the garage and take an Uber or walk and I think it's a good solution. Some small things need to be improved such as a missing shower head, sewage back-up or a poorly fixed toilet bowl but nothing serious, the house is very beautiful and the laundry space with washer and dryer is very nice.

We've stayed here on a few occasions for work related visits. The place itself is well located in a residential neighborhood and close to the venue with Super Joseth conveniently located right at the corner. The place is simple but spacious, not luxurious or anything but nice and well equipped for a short stay. One of the showers was missing the shower head and the toilet seat in the same bathroom was broken. On this visit the electric gate was not working properly and we had the leave the truck out on the road, which was not ideal. We messaged and did not receive any reply. The next day we had the same problem but open the door manually, still no reply. Hopefully they'll get that sorted as it is a nice place to stay.

Location is on a very narrow street, making it difficult to get into the gate. I had screenshot the door code when I had Wi-Fi. However, the code was was changed shortly before we arrived. So the code I had saved did not work. I had to activate my cell service to get the updated code. I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi from outside. There are no doors on the bathrooms, and the one downstairs bathroom that has a door does not latch or lock. We were traveling with a mixed group, and this was awkward and uncomfortable for us. There is only air-conditioning in three of the bedrooms, I would not consider the second floor air-conditioned. When you open the bedroom door, you are hit with a wall of heat. We found the best way to get to the beach was to take an Uber because parking and traffic were very challenging. We did enjoy drinking our morning, coffee in the yard, observing the birds coming in and out of the tree.

The house is great, 4 bedrooms, the downstairs bedroom that has no air conditioning is quite hot, but it has several fans. The house is very well equipped and everything worked super well! Overall we found the living room of the house very hot and because the house is low it has little ventilation, but nothing that gets in the way. The bathrooms don't actually have a door, so if you're staying with someone you're not intimate with in the room, it can be a complicating factor. Finally, the house smells like sewage, but it didn't bother us so much since we were out of the house almost all the time. There is a supermarket on the corner and it is super close by car to the national park.
