Stayed almost 12 days at this location during our 6 weeks in Nicaragua. Very home like, had pot/pans/games/out door bbq. Very comfortable. One walkable surf location and several others drivable. I do recommend renting a vehicle in San Juan so that you can explore the other little towns. Very friendly on-site care takers.

Beautiful house in a peaceful and untouched location. You can hear howler monkeys. The pool and outdoor space are great. Very close to Gigante Beach and Amarillo. Indalecio and his partner were really nice.

Beautiful house, the caretakers were super nice, and the host was super friendly and flexible. Beautiful house… we saw lots of monkeys; my kids were delighted. Everything was clean. The pool was amazing!

Simply an amazing place to skip out on the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Lounging around the pool while keeping a watchful eye out for the monkeys was enjoyable. The pool was always clean and the staff are extremely friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend staying here for some peace and quiet!!

Highly recommended place for a small group of people. Very comfortable and clean spaces. Excellent location, private but close to the beach and the village. We had an excellent stay!

Really enjoyed our stay, as a family of four. Walkable to town for food, and close to a quiet beach with beginner waves was great for my 11-year old son. Village is a mix of locals and surfers. Easy to drive to other surf spots as well (about a 15-20 minute drive to Popoyo). My son took Spanish school, which is a short walk from house.

Becky’s place and her beach house were simply wonderful. The house is exactly as described and offers all the necessary amenities, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. It was impeccably clean, and the pool is large enough for both children and teenagers to truly enjoy. The surroundings of the house are warm, welcoming, and very relaxing. Its location is highly strategic, with nearby restaurants, bars, and small shops where you can easily stock up on groceries and cooking supplies. We really enjoyed making hamburgers and grilling barbecues by the pool. We also loved how easy it was to quickly visit Playa Redonda, and we had the chance to explore Hacienda Iguana as well. On top of that, we enjoyed the relaxing and beautiful sunsets at Playa Gigante. We had great pizza and a truly wonderful stay throughout the entire weekend. Without a doubt, this is a place I would love to return to and enjoy another unforgettable weekend with my son.

Our stay was ideal. Comfortable house, nice place, close to the beach and you can enjoy the pool. Our host was very attentive and the people who welcomed us were very friendly. Ready to come back 😎

We had an incredible stay at Casa Moringa. We were greeted by Indalecio and his wife when we arrived. They were wonderful. He was very helpful though out the stay. Jim and Suzie who live next door half the year were also great. The house is walking distance to town where there is multiple restaurants and a small store. Close proximity to other beach towns as well. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and we felt safe and secure. I highly recommend this place. It was clean, organized, has a great pool, WiFi, and solar so you always have power. Monkeys were very abundant. We will definitely be back this summer. You can’t go wrong staying at this house.

Very happy to have been in Playa Gigante, Becky's house is super nice and cozy. I loved that it's surrounded by trees, I was lucky enough to see squirrels and hear the monkeys. I would definitely choose this beautiful place again.

We had a wonderful stay! Becky was away, but her parents were there and were so lovely and helpful. They also have the kindest most helpful groundskeepers - Indalecio and Jenny. They live right next door and were just the best! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The home is absolutely beautiful. Big thanks to Indelicio and his wife for being so hospitable. We would gladly come again.
