The place was amazing and the views from the balcony are very nice. Easy to get to.

The location is good, close to downtown and nightlife. It does not have a beach, but there are several nearby. We rented a car and went to beaches where you can swim. It has chairs, umbrellas and an icebox so you can take it to the beach. The kitchen is super equipped, which was very useful since we cooked most of the days. It also has a grill. The rooms and beds are super comfortable. It has a garage for the car. The pool is on the same floor, and there are lounge chairs. SUPER beach towels, laundry center that helped us a lot, and it also had water jugs and a dispenser. The apartment was great. It also had board games, and the living room and the terrace area were very comfortable.

Incredible place. My friends and I had a great time. Everything was quite comfortable and clean. Tom's rules were clear and he is always ready for your arrival... I would definitely consider it again on a future trip to Los Cabos.

Had an amazing stay for my buddy’s bachelor trip. Fairly close walk to town. Uber is cheap as well and everything is very close. Highly recommended!

It was a beautiful apartment and great location. It was clean and fully equipped. Nice balcony with beautiful view. Even better than the photos. Pedegral is a gorgeous area too.

An excellent place if you're looking to spend a relaxing time. Actually, I did a lot of activities during the day and came to rest, it's a quiet place and it's very conveniently located. The house is equipped with everything you need both to cook and to go to the beach, highly recommended.

Unmissable! We traveled as a family and had a great time, the icing on the cake is the heated pool next to the apartment. Tom is always very attentive and precise in his directions. The place is impeccable, clean and super organized.
