Okay, just stop looking if you're searching in or around Pescadero or Todos Santos. This is it for space, tranquility, beds that give incredible nights sleep, design and everything you'd need for your stay as nothing was overlooked. (Excellent iron & ironing board, too!) BOOK NOW! I searched for a place that could put up a large family. The photos and amenities are what sold it for us. Why? The photos are exactly what you get and see; words don't do this home justice. 5 minute walk to the beach. *Very tall ceilings! Great air circulation, hardly any need for A/C. *If you have family that don't do well with stairs, this place is perfect! Two first-floor bedrooms (king beds) with a full bath, it was perfect for my folks pushing 85. *Massive rooftop for ocean/whale watching/sunsets. *Did I mention a great iron & ironing board to press that suit for your cousin's wedding?! (I'm not evening joking!) *Owner(s) are quick to respond and thorough in their answers and support!

My family and I had a great stay at this property. Huge hose with breathtaking views from the second and third floors. Easy communication with the host. I highly recommend this place for family vacation or other group gathering.

Whit’s house is beautiful. We even saw whales from the kitchen windows. One thing to note, not all of the sliding glass doors lock. But our host was very responsive and took action immediately. I would also highly recommend booking Chef Danny to come cook at the house one night. He was amazing. He’s also a great local guide.

Whit's house is lovely! The dirt road drive to access the house made it even more special. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. There are some local spots just around the corner and getting to town and the beach is a breeze. Highly recommend!!!

Easy to find, great location and good proximity to the beach. Views from house were amazing and beds were super comfortable. Whit was incredibly helpful, kind and responsive to our very demanding group. She really made for a pleasurable stay.

The host was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the home itself fell short of expectations. When we checked in, the space was noticeably dirty and felt run-down, with several areas that clearly need updating and additional maintenance. With some deeper cleaning and improvements, it could be a much better stay, but in its current condition it didn’t meet the standard we were hoping for
Host Response
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We did really try to go above and beyond by offering an early check-in, setting up an additional sleeping space for your little one, and offering to receive a package (which did not actually wind up being a need). When you reached out with your concerns about the house I responded immediately and offered to send a team of cleaners over to address anything you felt needed additional attention but there was never a response so I was left to feel as if everything was okay.

Amazing home in El Pescadero right near the beach. Loved the giant pool to relax with friends. Whit was extremely responsive and helped return stuff that we left behind by accident! Definitely recommend.

The best vacation ever! What an amazing place as well as a safe quiet town to relax. We took our whole family as well as our 8 month old and it was perfect all around. Thank you so much Whit!

Casa de Leon was a great space for our group. We all especially loved the comfortable beds, and the views in the morning and evening were amazing. We enjoyed Todos Santos but also found several great restaurants nearer to the house in El Pescadero.

The house is great. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Lots of comfortable places to sit and relax. The view from the roof is stunning. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.

Thank you! Wonderful stay. Listening to the waves crash every morning was so peaceful. We even saw some whales from the kitchen patio.

The place was nice. It is not mentioned that all the counter tops and sinks in the bathroom are all high because they were custom built for the tall husband. Which is fine that they were but that should be stated up front . The pool was great! Chilly but fun with fun pool toys. Great location for pescadero. The kitchen has lots of pans but not much else, such as bowls and basic kitchen ware were slim. There is no dishwasher or laundry which is stated but for a big house that can accommodate lots of guests, it’s inconvenient for the price. The beds and linens were really nice ! Not a good place for kids, lots of ledges and open holes, would recommend for kids over 5.

We loved Casa de Leon! It was so close to the beach and also walkable to wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. It was super comfortable for the 9 of us. I LOVED the pool and the nearby beach!!
